This complaint has nothing to do with All-Dry of Ohio. This is a matter of two separate and distinct Contracts.On July 18, 2016, [redacted] agreed to a contract (copy enclosed) with All-Dry of Ohio. The amount she agreed to was for $14,400, which she signed and dated. Ms [redacted] wrote a check for...

$3,400 made payable to All-Dry of Ohio. The basement Waterproofing job was scheduled to begin August 10, 2016. Ms [redacted] called and canceled the waterproofing job, we promptly sent her $3,400 down payment back to her.[redacted] is not now, nor has he ever been an employee of All-Dry. He is an independent contractor. Mr [redacted] was asked to come out, for a bid on home remodeling on July 26, 2016. Ms [redacted] agreed to a contract for $14,000 for remodeling. This contract was written On a separate Contract (copy included). This contract was signed and dated by Ms [redacted]. She also put a down payment on the work to be done. The check was made out to [redacted]. The contract was not with All-Dry and was not written out on one of our contracts.All-Dry of Ohio's scope of work is basement waterproofing, foundation repair and mold remediation. We do no remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms as stated in Contract.The down payment she put down on remodeling. Is between her and Mr [redacted]. We were not involved in the contract. She has called All-Dry on three separate occasions and talked to three of our employees about this matter. She has told [redacted] and another employee the same story. She stated she knew this was not a contract between All-Dry of Ohio. That this was an issue between her and [redacted].Regards,
