In 2009, I had [redacted] installed two new tires on my Motor Home and check the brakes, alignment, etc I was completely satisfied with their service In October I phoned Phillip's Tire and discussed buying new tires for my Motor Home After giving [redacted] a Credit Card deposit, the tires were ordered When they came in - [redacted] called me to set up an appointment However, [redacted] hurt his hand on a Saturday, before my appointment on Monday [redacted] called me on their way to the Emergency Room, explaining my appointment would have to be cancelledShe even suggested/agreed to refund my deposit, if I want it back I said no thank you, because I trust them - and asked [redacted] to call me back when [redacted] was able to complete the job Later on another appointment was scheduled Everything went very smooth and I could not be happier with their complete service [redacted] is a very smart man and knows tires, brakes, front-end, etc., Most important he takes his work very seriously, and does good work I am completely satisfied with their service
