there was an existing lighting fixture in the dinning that was already removed from the ceilingWe were asked to add wire mold on the ceiling to add a switchwe add the wire mold from the existing light fixture to the new switch install new wiring in the wire mold and wired the switchAt this
point the existing wiring was feeding 120v to the switch and back up to the lightThe owner did not have a light fixture to install at this pointThe owner then hired a handyman to install the light fixture which was not installed properly instead of the chain holding the light fixture weight the light fixture cord was holding all the weight and was causing tension on the existing wiring and the new wiringWe check the existing wiring and remounted the light fixture correctly at this point we checked the voltage from the existing was only 87v not 120V We did not charge for this visitWe explained to her that there was a problem with existing wiring from the ceiling and to continue we would have to charge a diagnostic feeshe did not agree to the charge so we did not continue to try to fix the problemI also stated that all Warranty for this system is voided due to the fact that they had a handyman working on the system after we completed are work

Let me know when I should have received the warranty, or where on your website it is posted.  As you state on your website, you think your business is good at customer service. This interaction states otherwise, and I want to be sure that our future customers are aware of this warranty.

There was no "warranty" information provided on someone else hanging a light. And we paid for a light to be working. As mentioned, we hired a new electrician and was shown that the neutral wire was missing and was never brought down to make it a working light. He even tested it in front of me - no voltage. Aside from the lack of customer service, where this business cant even return phone calls, I feel that there service was sloppy and now dishonest. As mentioned, I did not ask for a light switch to be added to a non working light. I asked for a working dining room light. ALL Electric has given me a light switch and dead wiring. I paid the same price I did for a working light in our front hallway. My husband and I have hung many lights before and have never had the power go from the wiring.  I included our email chain.

I was told a handyman install the light fixture but based on your response the owner install the light fixture. You paid for wire mold, switch and new wire in the wire mold to add the switch all these items were working correctly. We know that are wiring was correctly wired we test are wiring with temp light socket that we stock on are vans before we left the job. You tried to call your office but at that time we are closed due to a family emergency. though out the project you called my cell phone but once this problem started never received any phone calls to my cell or email. When I return we called you back. The neutral was in the new wire mold because we had to place a wire box on top of the existing box to get power to the switch both existing wires where extend into the new box and were working correctly before the owner attempted to install the light incorrectly. We would have installed the light fixture for you if you would have called us for no change but the owner took it upon themselves to install the fixture which was installed not to meet the national electrical code. There for we can not warranty this item nor will we issue any credit
