All Elements attended the leak our unit caused to the unit below usOur strata paid their invoice in full and sought to reimburse the amount paid from meThe invoice showed credible rates for the services technicians but the amount of time spent in the unit below was grossly exaggerated based on the feedback from the owner of that unitHe confirmed that the technicians were there approximately half of the time shown in the invoice
Another *** charge was for the de-humidifier which they left in the unit for days, even though it was not used by the affected owner after two days
