Moved from Boston to Philadelphia and the experience could not have been betterAlon and his team made the day fast and simpleThank you!

We used All Exclusive Transportation Services in a move to Washington DC in January We discovered a week or two after the move that the movers broke a glass shelf and instead of telling us they through it away the manager of the move Michael Demaio finally called me and admitted this but never rectified it after he said he would We went trough our storage unit recently and discovered a missing rugThis was on the inventory list and it is not foundMichel and his crew stole the $wool area rugThey also made us pay is cash without telling us before they arrived DO NOT use this company for any move

First off, I would like to note that I have NEVER written a review for anything before in my lifeI never review restaurants, companies, or customer servicesThis review is an important one, and worth reading throughMy fiance and I relocated to *** for new career opportunities, and decided to have a moving company take care of all of the added stress that moving comes withI was searching online for moving companies, and received a phone call from All Exclusive Transportation ServicesNever would I had known that this phone call ruined my life for monthsThis company is essentially a "middle-man" moving companyThey don't have any of their own trucks, movers, or storage facilitiesThey subcontract the work to othersThis led to horrible communication and frustrationThey also charge by the square foot and NOT by the weight of your items; which should be a red flag to all prospective customersI did not look hard enough to find the right movers, and the purpose of this review is to prevent others looking to do their business with this companyPickup:
The Pickup went wellThe movers were on time, and worked very hard to move our belongings into the moving truckOur original quote was less than other quotes we had received, which is why we picked All Exclusive Transportation ServicesThe quote was hardly a quote at allWhatever quote you receive from this company, just DOUBLE itThey added nearly square feet onto our quoteWhen you factor in the tips for the movers, and the additional expenses due to increased square footage (because the movers didn't pack the truck efficiently), our final price was 39% higher than our quoteDelivery:
This was the worst part about working with this companyThey do NOT deliver your furniture in time, and that is a guaranteeLegal moving documentation that they provided us with says that there needs to be an agreement between the moving company and the customer on a window of delivery timeThey refused to give this to me and told me that it would be delivered within BUSINESS DAYS of our modatebusiness days is weeks, and there is nothing you can do about it because it is written in small font on the contract you sign during pickupWe threatened a lawsuit, and the owner of the company decided to pick up the phone and scream at me because of itThere was no proof that this company had my belongings in storageI lost sleep not knowing if I was scammed and had my furniture stolen from meThey deliver your belongings in a foot wheeler, so odds are you will not be able to find a spot to place this truckAll in all, we are missing boxes and have all major furniture items delivered to our new homeI have not contacted this company to retrieve the missing boxes, as I would and PROMISE you that they would say they don't have itLastly, they require payment during Delivery to be in Cash ONLYNo credit cards, no debit cardsProbably because they are paying the delivery company under the tableThe Revdex.com approves everyone these days and gives out ratings of A+ like it's candy to children on HalloweenRead the reviews before doing business with this companyThey don't deserve to be in business for the way that they treat their customers

the delivery was delayed for almost a week and when it arrived some of the items were damaged
the refrigerator door was all dented up and the dining table was dropped at pick up/ I witness that
also the bottom piece of my china cabinet was banged up like if they stock items on top of itt top off
my mattress was so tight with the wrapping of the shrink wrap that it came in all warp and it is till today
we file a claim as soon as we got the items to be delivered and no-one send us a reply or call us neither by e-mail by regular mail or telephone
when we call there no-one will speak to us they prompt us to go the internet
we paid them in cash and by credit card

I was given a written quote of $to move my belongings from Bristol, CT to Kissimmee, FLAfter receiving the quote on June ***, 2017, I notified the owner of All Exclusive Transportation Services, Inc (Jay), by email that they had neglected to include the cost of moving my washer and dryer in the quoteI did not hear back from him regarding this, and no new quote was issued to meWhen the movers came to pick up my belongings, they advised me that they didn't have washer and dryer on the manifest to pick up, but that it would be ok since I removed all of my TVs (75", 55" and two 40" TVs)The mover told me that since they are removing those items from the quote, therefore reducing the cost (shrink wrap, etc), that moving the washer and dryer instead would not result in a higher cost than my quoteAt this point, I had provided a $deposit, plus an additional $payment when the movers arrived to load my itemsAt one point, my wife (who does not speak or read English) was gi

I was very unhappy with the way they handled the delivery of my furniture and personal itemThere were thing damaged and missing The man who delivered my thing was nasty and very rude when I asked him for things that were missing or damaged he told me to fix them myself or go buy parts I neededThe topper was when he told me, *** *** and leftThere claim filing is a totaled jokeI can not give them the impossible info on my claim bottom line I will never get anything for the damages

I have several issues with this company The fee that I was charged was almost double the quote At that point I had no choice but to pay since I was moving the next day
I have several boxes that were not delivered When I contacted the company I was referred to a third party to file a complaint Original receipts were requested After a long distance move, this was not possibleAmong the missing items was jewelry some of the jewelry I can not replace A watch issued by my college that was manufactured one time only, bracelets and necklace purchased in Italy, Pearls that belonged to my great aunt
Also missing were ladders, tools, towels and bathroom/kitchen supplies
The truck driver made it a point to say that he packed the truck the day before all by himself

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this companyThey over taped, overpacked and over overdisassembled a bed frame and a sofa, which where never put together in the house to begin withThey charged us way beyond what was reasonable for that, and they took money from us for the trip to our destination before even telling us they where not the crew transporting it thereWe lost at least a box or two, which were put in the truck at the beginning and not counted, like they want you to believe Their website is also deceiving, changing as you are trying to find it again and not bookmarkedSome items were broken, and some I am still sure never made it to our destinationI still cannot understand how can this company have such a high rating, especially when negative reviews are disappearing from their website after less than one day when postedHope this will keep people away from them

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of this companyThey gave me a great price and even throw in some free boxes and blanketsFor those who are planning a move

My family and I was presented with the opportunity of a lifetime, and that was to relocate from upstate New York to the Sunshine state of FloridaWe searched for moving companies through the east coast and decided to pick one that was local in the state of New York and this is how we came across All Exclusive Transportation ServicesThe sales representative Brandon, who is also the nephew of the owner assured me that we made the right decisionHe gave us a very rough estimate over the phone which was $less that what we was charged in the endHe low balled us!
Alon the driver who came to move us told us that we NEEDED to write a date on the contract of expected delivery, and informed us if it changes to be sure to contact the dispatcher (Jay or Joe the owners) at least days before expected deliveryIn our situation we experienced a delay in our closing date by days and once we called days prior to delivery, we were informed in such a rude, discouraging way by Jay, "I don't care what the driver or whoever told you, your stuff is already on the trailer and will be delivered June ***." He was extremely rude and spoke in such a disparaging mannerAt this point we were baffled and appalled at the customer service that we have experiencedKnowing that there was not anything we could do at this point we were forced to rent a storage unit as we were informed by the owner, "if you don't retrieve your belongings you will incur a hefty re -delivery fee." We asked for a discount since in our moving package disassembly and reassembly was included in the package price, we was informed that there would not be any discounts given at all
On the delivery day, we were contacted by the driver Phil who informed us that the final payment needed to be in the form of cash or U,S, Postal money order only, and he said "I will not crack the trailer doors open until I receive payment." We asked if we can see if the items were ours and he refused very bluntlyAfter we went through a power struggle we finally paid him, and he began unloading the trailer with our thingsWe learned that Phil picked up a local man off the streets and recruited him to help unload and pack our storage unit, and only paid him $for hours of service
Immediately, I have recognized crushed boxes and the handle bars on my mountain bike was broken most likely from being poorly packed onto the trailerHe contacted the dispatcher (Jay) who agreed to replace the broken piece for $He didn't agree or even offer to fix it but only to replace the pieceJay offered another $as a courtesy along with the $for the part for the bike only if I signed a non-disclosure agreementPhil ask me not to share my experience in order to receive the $credit on my credit card used to make the reservationsBasically, Jay wanted to pay me $extra not to share my truthful experience and risk ruining their reputationHowever, he should given better customer service and perhaps been professionalTherefore, it is safe to assume that the reason why they have an A+ on the Revdex.com is because they are paying their customers and having them sign a non-disclosure agreementI rather share our experience and lose out on the $they were going to refund meNow we have a storage unit full of our belongings, we have to hire another local mover to move us from the storage unit to our home and pay for reassembly, along with having a broken bikeMy experience was worst that bad
The customer service this A+ organization has given us was horrifyingI am disgusted by the service that we received especially from the owners of this companyIf the customer service from the owners is this way, what can you expect from the employees who are under them? I will NEVER EVER DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I will go with a larger company who emphasis is on customer service and who doesn't practice the low-ball techniqueI wouldn't want anyone to experience what we've experienced during this most stressful time in our lives moving miles awayPLEASE, PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!

Review: I Was told that they will help ease my move by providing great service was told to leave a deposit for the amount $180 dollars and I can get guys reserved for that day. the guys came looked around and said we can't move your stuff cause the TV was mounted and the bed had drawers. I was never informed to have the tv brought down from the wall or that they do not do that kind of work and also that my bed could not be taken if it had draws attached. they said because of those 2 thing we will have to forfeit our depositDesired Settlement: Refund my deposit

If I move again I will most definetly use them.

Review: When the movers arrived with the owner- joe, they revised my estimate from 550 to 1000 cubic feet for added belongings. At 4.50 a cubic feet, the total nearly doubled. When they arrived with my belongings at the end of the move, the shuttle truck that arrived was a 16 ft Budget truck that holds 800 cubic feet (as indicated on thier website). I informed the company that they overcharged me by 200 cubic feet and am requesting the ($200 x $4.50/cubic feet=) $900.00 extra charge refunded to me. When I emailed them about this, they maintained that my "belongings occupied 1000 cubic feet on both our vehicles that picked you up and delivered to CA."I am filing this complaint to warn future consumers and to dispute this 200 cubic foot overcharge.Desired Settlement: Refund $900.00 overage charge within 30 days.
