At this time, I have been contacted directly by All Experienced Home Improvement regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I tried calling All Experienced Home Improvement several timesThey never came to repair the damaged pieces or tried putting them back on I finally hired someone else to do the job AFTER repair was complete, they called to say they would fix it I don't recommend this company because they do not stand behind their work In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I tried calling All Experienced Home Improvement several times. They never came to repair the damaged pieces or tried putting them back on.
I finally hired someone else to do the job.  AFTER repair was complete, they called to say they would fix it.  I don't recommend this company because they do not stand behind their work.

Review: On May *, 2018 I paid All Experienced Home Improvement $800.00 (have signed contract by both of us), to replace 80 feet of aluminum flashing along the perimeter of our home that had fallen down during a storm. Three weeks after installation, two pieces of the aluminum flashing that was replaced by All Experienced Home Improvement fell down. We immediately called to have it repaired, and was told that someone would be at our house to repair the fallen pieces. He never showed up. We called again, and we were told the same thing. Again, they never showed up. We called a third time and a fourth time. Never showed up.We have been patient, but it is obvious that they refuse to fix the fallen pieces.Desired Settlement: We would like them to come and put up the two fallen pieces before they are totally damaged and have to be replaced.

Review: The contractor broke home owner's property and refused to replace it. His behavour was inappropriate at times. My 87 yr-old Mother was made to feel uncomfortable with the contractor's repeated comments about "meeting her daughter". I, the daughter, was not at home at the time. Our simple request to replace the hose was met with a total refusal by the contractor.Desired Settlement: I simply want the $19.95 Pocket Hose he or his worker broke to be replaced.

The Contractor arrived to [redacted]'s home to clean her gutters. The Contractor asked [redacted] where the hose was located. She told him It was located in the front of the house. The Contractor used this hose the whole time he cleaned the gutters. He was never aware of an existing of another hose. [redacted] was very nice to the contractor. She even asked him to change 3 light bulbs for her located in the front and sides of the house. He did it at not extra cost and she appreciate it. Three days later, [redacted]'s daughter who contractor has never spoken, heard or seen before called him and started screaming, swearing and threatening to call the police if Contractor doesn't come back and fix the hose. The Contractor tried to explained to her daughter that He never used the hose,but She didn't let him talk and ended up hanging up the phone.
