This company was sent to my house by my home warranty company provider to fix a hot water tank leak The guy from All Express showed up and before checking what was causing the leak started to check off the various "modifications" that needed to be done prior to replacing the hot water tank and told the home warranty provider that he cannot replace the tank without doing the various modifications in the sum of $465, out of pocket for meThe sad part is the home warranty provider did not even let me get a second opinion and gave me options - go with the modifications or do a cash out! I did a cash out and went with another plumbing service with no extra cost for me - and NO modifications! I now have a new hot water tank using the same connections before the leak Clearly, the All Express Plumbing guy was out to make a few hundred dollars for unnecessary modifications/repairs
