All Exterior Contractors

Lots of contractors make promises that they never follow through on. Not the case with Geno and All exterior contractors. They made the process of getting new siding and gutters painless. I highly recommend them for any new installation of roofing and siding or repairs. I hear they are doing interior work (Kitchens, bathrooms, basement remodeling) as well as decks and fences. I cant believe how fortunate I was to have found All Exterior Contractors! A friend recommended them to me after I found damage to my home resulting from a storm. I had my insurance company inspect it initially, but their estimate for repairs didn't seem like it would cover the repairs. I spoke with Geno at all Exteriors and he was out the next day to inspect my roof and gutters. He thoroughly explained the entire process from getting my insurance to make sure all repairs were covered, to the actual work that was involved. Well he got the roof and gutters covered in their entirety and proceeded to do the work in a timely and professional manner. Installation and clean up were top notch. It's good to know that honest contractors still exist! Thank you to Geno and his crew. You can use me as a reference anytime.

My 2nd attempt of leaving a review . only Persistent because it's very hard to find a reliable and affordable honest company. After quite a few estimates, We were left with so many more questions After moving into a new home and finding out that the previous owners did a lot of cover up on our roof. Spoke with a gentleman name Geno Over the phone and although he was not the initial person that came out he still made a second trip to come and personally answer all of our questions and help us understand our different options. Not only was he very friendly and more than honest but this was a very affordable company. Pleased that we finally found a business that we can rely on and looking forward to doing more business in the future.

All Exterior Contractors installed a new roof on my house and they did a most excellent job in an expiditious and highly professional manner.

These guys have done my roof / siding and gutters all in a timely matter. They worked directly with my insurance company and fought hard to get my house put back to pre-storm conditions. They came highly recommended from two of my neighbors that have also been very satisfied with. My husband and I made sure to do our research ourselves as we have dealt with another contractor on some remodeling work with needed done. We visited there facebook page and have read nothing but great reviews from years of happy homeowners. It seems they also get involved in may community functions as well have donated free roofs for 2 lucky Veterans and one 1st responders from what all the reviews showed as well I read multiple newspaper articles to back all this up.

We highly recommend them 100% and my parents live in Yorkville and they just got them 100% approved for a new roof as well.
Please do your research homeowners don't believe any negative reviews a great company such as this firm wouldn't give back as much as they do to get negative reviews. There facebook shows they are 4.9% out of a possible 5%

Call them up to have my roof inspected they told me it’s pretty bad damage I got hail damage and wind damage and they said it’s a non-repairable roof so I’m like OK so we file insurance claim insurance guy came out to take a look at the roof he told me Its not that bad nothing to repair on the roof beside some turtle vents contact all exterior again told him what they told me they talk to them and all exterior contact called me back like yeah there’s nothing we can do I tried to call them back they don’t even return my calls at all. All exterior just told me all bunch of lies for they can get some money out for me And ended up screwing me over. I figured It was just me I have bad luck with it but now my buddy who recommended me to them same thing happened and he got screwed over he did the same thing insurance claim and they told him the same thing everything‘s good and he had a second contract to come and take a look and he said that it’s a good roof nothing wrong with it all exterior contractors just try to get some money off of people

I had the roof and siding done on my house and I could not be more pleased with the work! The sales representative Patrick was very detailed in explaining the process and Geno the general manager was also very easy to deal with I ask a lot of questions and both were quick to not only take my calls but answer my questions I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Totally unprofessional company. They tell you one thing and do another, no show for appointments, their crew leaves a huge disaster. Tons of empty promises. They replaced our roof from a storm, had we known how shady they were we would have used who our insurance company recommended. Beware. Stay away.

Worked with rep Geno, he was very fair, honest. Performed quality work, no issues thus far. Customer service is beyond approach.

All Exterior is great, they explained in detail what to expect from beginning to end, my roof was approved in less than 3 weeks, they had old roof off (3 layers) and new roof installed all while I was on vacation, in and out in one day, left the property clean, even changed all the flashing around chimney which we didn't expect, Looks great too, highly recommend.

It's so nice to know there are still a few honest contractors out there today. My 79 year old Mother called me to tell me some guy showed up at her door and said he could have her entire house (roof and siding) replaced. I explained to her it would probably not happen and more than likely was just some guy just trying to take advantage of her. My mother refused to let it go and asked if I would please call and check it out so of course I did.
I made the call and spoke with Geno who explained there was no risk involved for my Mother and he was 99% sure he could get the job covered by the insurance company. Although Geno was very professional and friendly, I was still a bit skeptical he could actually get the work covered by the insurance company but I gave him the ok to give it a try since we had nothing to lose.
A couple of days later I got a call from Geno informing me the entire job was going to be covered due to the wind and hail damage from recent storm. I couldn't believe the news and at that point and made me realize how many people must be getting screwed by their insurance companies not covering damages. Geno used a professional public adjuster that specifically deals with insurance companies. By using the public adjuster, the insurance company cannot screw you over.
I called my own insurance company 2 years ago on my own due to wind and hail damage of my roof. I didn't know enough about roofing to challenge their decision and in the end didn't get anything from insurance even though I had water coming in my home. I learned my lesson and will never try to recover damages on my own again.
With that said, I want folks to know my Mother’s house has been completely re-done and looks absolutely beautiful. The crew that worked on her house were very professional, friendly and did a great job cleaning up as well.
I want to personally thank you Geno for all you have done for my Mother. She was a nervous wreck at first but you have come through for us my good man. You have stuck to your word from start to finish with everything you said you would accomplish and it is greatly appreciated. You are a true honest person and very professional as well. God always watches over my Mother and she really made out well on this one. Thanks again.
