While at work today I get a call from my wife who is crying Last week we had All Family Plumbing at our house to clear a backed up pipe from the bathroom The two men who showed up started clearing the drain from outside the house and said the issue was up by the kitchen and not the bathroom even though those rooms are on different sides of the house using different pipes My wife told them that they needed to route it from the bathroom but they couldn’t because they didn’t have the right equipment Less than a week later the pipe was clogged again and my wife called them She was told that they do not guaranty their routing and wouldn’t refund any money My wife then setup for them to come back to clear the pipe again However, my father and I did it ourselves so my wife canceled the plumbers from coming out However, John and two of his men showed up at our house without invitation He was extremely rude to my wife stating that he demanded that she allow him to run a camera for the drain which will cost us $ My wife felt extremely threatened by the way he was speaking to her and had to demand him to leave our property because she didn’t feel safe I would not recommend this company to anyone The owner John is a bully who is not afraid to try to take advantage of women

John helped us replace a shower cartridge that malfunctioned giving us only scalding hot water or very cold water. We now have warm water again! Thank you, John! Your work was great!
John was very professional and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He tried to fit us in as soon as he could into his busy schedule. He was on time for both visits! I would not hesitate to recommend John and All Family Plumbing & Remodeling to anyone out there!
