Review: [redacted] from All Fenced In was selected to install my fence. I met with [redacted] twice prior to the install date to discuss the project in depth. On both occassions I stressed to him and was reassured by him that if he hit anything underground while digging a post hole that he would stop and repair if possible or notify me. After the job was completed I started to notice the area around the gate posts were erroding away. I happened to watch this area during a rain storm and realized that the drainage system had been compromised by the gate posts. Instead of the water draing away from the house it was erroding the area around the gate posts and deteriorating the paver walkway between the gate posts. When I looked further into the problem I realized that the gate post was installed directly into the 6 inch drainage pipe and then cemented in completely obstructing the drainage pipe. When I contacted [redacted] about this he stated numerous times that he would be there to fix the issue but never showed or even have the common courtesy to call. Not only did the fence installation damage the drainage system but it caused additional damage to the adjacent areas and paver walkway.Desired Settlement: Repair the drainage pipe, reset the gate posts correctly repair the affected area and walkway.
