Review: All Fire Protection called us pretending to be our current service provider and schedule to service our fire extinguishers, when I asked is the price going to be same as last year, the person who called said yes. A week before I had spoken to our current company Instant Fire Protection, and Schedule to have the fire alarm system annual inspection done, and when I requested to have them schedule the fire extinguishers service too. they inform me that a different division do the fire extinguishers and that they will have someone call me to schedule those. During that time All Fire Protection called me and said we are calling you to schedule your fire extinguishers they are do. I responded oh yes, I already schedule the Fire Alarm test and I was just waiting for you guys to call me to schedule the extinguishers too, because they said a different division does the extinguishers, can you do them the same day that the Fire alarm is being done? The guy that called said yes we can, then I asked, is the price going to be same as last year? and he replied YES IT WILL. I said ok, sounds good. He went along letting me believe he was our current company that we were using.

On the day the extinguishers where done, I was not on the office when they showed up, I was running errands, and my assistant had no clue that they where not the current company that we use, so she sign the papers they gave her and they later filled the rest of the paper work. A week later our current company called me and said I am calling to schedule the extinguishers and I said, WHAT? you just did them, did you forget? I the person calling said not we haven't, they are due the first week of January and I was waiting two weeks before they where do to call you, so I said well someone else called and pretended to be you and we schedule the extinguisher and they came and did them already. He said well I am sorry, I know there is companies out there that do this type of practices.

I had no Idea who did them because they left no paper work or business cards, later I found out who they where when they sent the bill to my boss office, not to my business and my boss secretary wanted to know who this company was because we had not W9 on file for them. When she told me the price, I found out they were charging us more than what we paid last year, well it was because they had no clue how much we paid last year because they were not our current company. Also my maintenance man informed me that they never check the extinguishers, that they only change the tags and that that was they reason they were done so fast and had left before I got back from my errand I was running.

Since we got the bill I have called 4 times to ask for a W9 and to dispute the price, and complaint about the extinguisher not being checked and only re-tagged. Every time I call an answering service take the message and nobody calls me back, I have left 4 messages with the answering service and disclose to the lady, that if someone didn't call me to discuss my complaint and to provide a W9 I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General in regards to their business practices. Meanwhile, we have receive letters in the mail stating that they have sent us to collection for non payment, but they would not call me to resolve this issue.

Today I called the Revdex.com and found out that this company is in San Diego and they Also do business as Liberty Fire Protection, and right away everything made sense. Liberty Fire Protection we used a couple of years ago and I had problems with them, they will try to charge us for items that did not need to be replace and they quote that they will give us will double by the time they were done, also my maintenance guy caught the guy changing tags without checking or testing the extinguishers, I complained to the company about his practices, also when they did the Fire alarm, it took them a month to finish the work. Until I called them more than once to complaint and finally someone came to finished the work and put the tag of completion. After that I refuse to use their services, and every year there after they will show up at my property and say "we are her to service your fire extinguishers, and every time I will say, I didn't call you, and I don't want to do business with you. This time, they got lucky that they called on a time where I was expecting a call from my current service provider and when I thought it was my current company calling me to schedule the service.

I have not been able to speak to anybody, they won't return my call and they won't send W9, the girl at the answering service told me I have to request it by fax, but on the billing statement shows no fax number or address except a PO Box number.Desired Settlement: I would like the price to be adjusted to what we paid last year with our current company as he promise, I need them to perform the work, by testing the extinguishers as required by law, instead of just changing the Tags as he did, and to provide us with the W9 to provide to IRS and for accounting in order to pay bill. Or they can just discharge the bill and we can have our current company do the work correctly, and I don't want them to ever contact or solicit work from us under any other name.
