Review: All Day Tech Support, (also dba [redacted] per web site), hereby referred to as "ALL" broke a three year contract to service [redacted]', here after referred to as [redacted], to service his personnel computer to include [redacted] Office and Home and complete tune and installation of ** on March 8, 2014. Order information 3 Year Tech/3 Year Security. Amount: US $300.00.

This service was to be done remotely via the Internet under federal and state regulations.

[redacted] resides at [redacted]. ALL resides at [redacted] and can best be claimed through All Fix Tech.

The contract further states, "Rapid Response Voicemail: ###-###-####". I have called this number over seventeen times since Mar9, 2014 with the response: "We are busy helping other customers right now and if you leave your name, telephon number and a short message we will contact you within thirty to sixty minutes".

We documented the time and date of these calls to confirm ALL's breach of contract some are as

as follows:

3/15/14 emailed, no reply; 8/30/14 called, no reply; 8/26/15 emailed and called, left message, no reply; 8/28/15 emailed, no reply; 8/29/15, at 4:15 PM [redacted] left message saying he would call back in one half hour or one hour, no return call at 7:00 PM; 8/30/15, at 8:45 AM lesft message; and again at 3:15 PM. 8/30/15 PM [redacted] returned call; per [redacted] called [redacted] 10:58 and he said will call back. I have run out of space and suggest referinf to previous complaints to the Revdex.com "F" ratings and similiar complaints.

TDesired Settlement: ALL is to refund at lease $200.00 to me for breach of contract.

Review: In June 2013 I called [redacted] to ask them to help me change my password. I was told the reason I'm having problems with my password was because someone [redacted] had gotten hold of my e-mail (IP address) and was sending porngraphic photos through my e-mail. This really upset me. In order to repair this problem they had to forward me to a third party company called All Day Tech Support that could help me. They said they had to change my IP address. It would cost $300 but they were able to give me a deal for $199.00. (So they say) I give them my credit card. I checked with [redacted] to see if that was the right thing to do. They never got back to me until tonight I had a technican help reset my password. I explained to [redacted] what happen. The technican checked my IP addres and said it was the same as before so they did nothing to fix my IP address but took my $199.00. I call All Day Tech Support while on the phone with [redacted]. I ask to speak with a Supervisor. I was told someone would call me back in 45 min. That never happen. I then called back and was told they same thing again. I believe this company is a scam and I want a FULL REFUND.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL REFUND of $199.00.

Business

Response:

All Day Tech Support has many partners. One of those is [redacted], where the technician, who she spoke with, is working. The $199 is not a fee to resolve her issue. It was sold to her as 1 Year Unlimited Technical Support Plan. The customer's order was verified by me as we don't capture orders that aren't legal or if our customer was not happy with the service provided. Our company does offer a full refund if the customer's issue wasn't resolved or doesn't want to continue with the service anymore. All Day Tech Support guarantees customer satisfaction. Customer has been already refunded of the full amount of $199 last November 15, 2013.

So far, I m not satisfied with service of All Fix Tech, but paid for one year and locked into. WHEN someone does call me back, they fix the problem, but when a person calls Tech Support, they need it now, not have to wait for one hour or longer for tech to call back. That is not 24x7x365 days a week. Any previous tech support person I had in past and called, I was talking with tech person and started immediately. This evening, I have call back 2 times and still no response, wanted this done before midnight as it is 7:20pm in Ky. I may have to dispute this charge on my credit card bill.

Review: In April I tried to download [redacted] and it wouldn't load. I tried to call up [redacted] for help, but somehow or other I ended up with a person who said that they could help me. He said he didn't directly work for them but is called in for problems like mine. I told him what happened and he assured me he could help. It wasn't long before he told me I had a problem, that my network had been hacked and showed me a list of 'addresses' that had been into my network. Scared me a lot! He said he could help me fix it, that they would put a firewall between my network and the hackers. It would cost me $399.99 for a lifetime of service or $200.00 that would cover my computer for a year and the network for 2 years. The company's name was All Day Tech Support. I sent them the @200.00. They sent me a form for an [redacted]. He said I could get hold of them 24 hours a day if needed. After the transaction, he proceeded to "fix' everything. He also downloaded my [redacted]. He was polite and sounded concerned. Last night my daughter who lives with me was having problems with her computer. She knows a lot about computers and was trying to fix hers. She tried to contact [redacted] which is who made our modem and ended up with a tech company that looked at our problem and lo and behold!!!Those same addresses were a problem again, but guess what. He could fix it for us for @399.99. That's when I knew I was taken advantage of. Shame on me for believing there are honest people and companies out there, but shame on him for scamming me out of my hard-earned money. I'm 63 years old, and @200.00 doesn't come easily. He didn't 'fix' anything, and I want my money back!!! By the way, I tried getting hold of All Day Tech Support, but their mailbox was full..try again later. So much for 24/7 service and support!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and an apology, and I'd like everyone else to know this company is not trustworthy. I would also like to see them shut down before they cheat someone else.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased computer repair service from All Fix Tech on December 09, 2014 in the amount of $199.00 for my lap top computer. Also on December 11, 2014 a plan for $99.00 for my desk top computer. On May 15th at 3:30 pm and 8:30 pm left message for a return call concerning problem with my computer the recording stated I would receive a return call in 30 to 60 minutes. No return call from All Fix Tech. On May 16, 2015 at 1:45 pm and 2:00 pm, left message no return call from All Fix Tech. On May 17 at 7:45 pm I left a message, no return call from All Tech Fix. Each call I was instructed to leave a message and someone would call back in 30 to 60 minutes. This never happened on any of my calls. I paid this company in good Faith with my Credit Card in December and now they will not call back.

I don't know what to do at this point and not sure if my equipment is still protected.Desired Settlement: I would like to have some type of resolve with this company. As a customer I feel this company isn't interested in helping me with my computers even though they have accepted my money and not providing the service quoted.

To whom it may concern,

Review: I clicked on an item on [redacted] and got a pop-up saying that my computer had serious security problems & to contact the All Fix Tech phone number. My computer was frozen & I couldn't close out of that warning or click off my computer. I didn't think to turn it off with the on-off button. When I called the number, on the pop-up, [redacted] showed me viruses, dating back to 2012, on my computer. She explained that to clear the viruses, I would have to agree to extend my out-dated warranty. Then she asked me to give her remote access to my computer and to prepare to make changes to my settings that could leave my computer vulnerable. She collected my credit card information and then transferred me to another tech, to make the changes. I really don't know if I have enrolled in a worthless computer maintenance or warranty program or whether I've set myself up to be billed for phony services — or services I could get elsewhere for free. She informed me that my security system, [redacted], was inadequate to detect the kind of serious viruses on my computer. She suggested that I contact All Fix Tech when my [redacted] contract expires in July, to start the All Fix security program. I asked her why I should wait, if the viruses she had shown me hadn't been stopped with [redacted]? She said she would take [redacted] off and start All Fix immediately. Although I had to agree to what was required, I had no time or ability to check with a more knowledgeable computer person or to check on All Fix's reputation, prior to being locked in to their contract. I am left feeling that I have been scammed and now, except for All Fix, I'm without any other computer security.Desired Settlement: I'm at a loss for a remedy for this situation, since I have no idea what All Fix has changed in my computer, except that I no longer have [redacted].

Review: Went to install [redacted] Office 365 using my product key. When clicking SUBMIT did not work, I received a phone call within seconds from a representative telling me he was a [redacted] office technician and saw I was having trouble installing Office 365 and could he help. Once on my computer he showed me what I now know was a fake virus ([redacted]) and charged me $199 to remove it & install Office 365.Desired Settlement: I am disputing the credit card charges, just want other to know & be aware of this scam

Response:

We thank the customer for letting us know in detail what happened with her order. We sometimes have customers get the wrong impression that they are dealing with a brand name company but we do our best to dispel these confusions. We are going to institute new parameters to ensure those type of things do not happen again. The agents should never give the impression that they work for anyone but All Day Tech Support. It's thanks for customers like her that we find out things sometimes.

I am extremely happy to get my computer fixed as they completely fixed it and then gave me the protection for future.
