I was the one help the customer We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but there's nothing we can do because the blanket been washed, and it might been washed the wrong way with not following washing directions
.I tried to ask customer to give me time to call manufacture and seek their advice or can give her their contact info and she gave me no choice but refund and our policy indicating that we have no refund ,exchange only with original condition and that was not the way she brought it ,we sell so many blanket for the last years ,she is only customer had issue and I could not satisfy her in any way

I do not accept that response because he's a liarFirst, the blanket was NEVER washed and second, he never once said he would call the manufacturerHe lied about who he wasHe yelled at me and told ME to contact the manufacturerThis guy is a liar im every way

My behavior and the way I got raised won't allow me to respond to her the same way and I could but I rather finish it at the spot .it was used and was washed and again I'm not the manfacture.I still would like to give a contact of the supplier and she can deal with them ,im in a middle and we pay for the product .again been sale them for over years and never have this .and who is lying they know them selves
