Excellet service. I have used Hector and Luis at All Flooring USA for all of my flooring needs. They have installed hardwood, carpet and tile. They were professional and honest. I will use them again.

[redacted] and his installers at All Flooring USA just got done with a brand new install of wood laminate flooring for my entire top floor and the stairs going up, and we couldn't be happier! The floors look amazing, and I can't find a single thing to complain about.

We chose the 12 mm Espresso Acacia wood laminate from Parkay floors at [redacted]'s recommendation and after doing a ton of research. We liked it for it's durability, beauty, amount of variation between pieces, and mostly because they have full treads for the stairs (which means each stair is one piece, instead of two like most wood stairs). They look amazing and don't make a 'tap tap' sound when you walk on them. If you're looking to do stairs I highly recommend it.

The installers did a perfect job. I had a great conversation with Jose about how he works to do everything right the first time. His work ethic really shows through on the install. Everything is just right, and two days later we're still impressed that there's nothing for us to pick on.

Thank you guys for your excellent work and for getting everything done just right. When we're ready to move forward on our downstairs, I wouldn't trust it to anyone else.

I recently used All Flooring USA for my carpet and tile installation. [redacted] and his crew were very helpful in explaining and recommending the best product for the job. I spoke with a few companies but felt most comfortable talking to [redacted]. He took his time to educate me upfront. I am glad I decided to give my business to a local family operated business.

We went in for a quote and were happy with the customer service and selection, so we scheduled them to come out and do a walkthrough estimate. Hector was great in telling us all of our options and what he thought would be best for us, which did not necessarily financially benefit him. So the trust factor up front was a big part in us moving forward in getting the work done. We were able to finance the work with no interest which was another plus. The installers were very friendly but worked hard and didn't waste any time getting things done. They also asked questions to make sure they knew what we wanted. We will be using them again to redo our master bath once we have this work paid for.

[redacted] was recommended to us. We know why, he made the process so easy. When we didn't find a match to the wood already in our home, [redacted] ordered additional samples and dropped them by the house so we could match the existing wood.
From initial order, to being kept up-to-date on when the stock would be received, to scheduling installation date - all was done effectively and efficiently.
Installation went smoothly, all completed in one day. Installers stuck with the job, only taking a few minutes break for lunch, then back to finish up. They helped move heavy furniture and ensured it was back in its place after completion of wood installation.
Overall, great experience. We would use All Flooring USA again with [redacted] as a point of contact.

The staff that came out to install wood flooring in two rooms did a great job. They were on time, very professional, courteous and worked hard. They even did a quick repair on a small chip in the floor of another room (which All Flooring installed about 4 yrs ago).

We will use them again for our final two rooms.

Each person along the way from the storeroom, to measuring the floor, to the installation was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We recently replaced vinyl tile and carpeting with ceramic tile in our home. My wife and I were pleased with our experience at All Flooring from start to completion. We were given good, helpful and knowledgeable advice and information, without any pressure. The price was competitive and arrangements in payments were made to accommodate us. The installation crew ( from All Flooring and not a separate agency), was professional and accommodating, causing a minimum of disruption. They moved and later replaced appliances and furniture. They carefully and thoroughly removed the old flooring and did a masterful job of installing the new tile. We are happy with the way we were treated from our first visit to the completion of the project.

We have worked with the owner for several years and have always been happy with the service and work.
