Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, Let's do rehash [redacted] All Floors and More removed carpet from a room by mistakeThey told us they could replace the carpet they removed, but couldn't find itThey were staining trim in the garage on carpet they had removed and I feel certain that is where the bedroom carpet ended up [redacted] wanted to replace it with pieces from several other roomsWe told him that was unacceptable We came by and they were putting the pieces together in the garage, my [redacted] called [redacted] and once again told him that was unacceptable After dinner, we drove by again and they had the pieced carpet in the bedroom getting ready to install it The house had been a rental and there was a reason we were replacing the carpet It was their mistake, but they accused us of trying to get free carpet No, we wanted the carpet in the bedroom left alone Nothing they do is ever their fault They put down [redacted] square feet of wood floor When he was giving me an estimate, he told me that they may have to put down float, but a bag would cover [redacted] square feet When he came to settle the bill, we were surprise to find an additional $ [redacted] added for bags of float He told us he used more bags and charged us less than full price for the bags of float he used bags x [redacted] is 1, [redacted] square feetPlus, two of the rooms he put wood in had carpet, so it shouldn't have need much float, if any Of course, he didn't remove the thin set under the tile If All Floors and More had prepared the floors correctly they wouldn't have had to use bags of float under the wood and the tile in the kitchen would be level I told [redacted] that the tile job was unacceptable, he is the one that told me all they would do is that one section As a professional, he could see that the job was poorly installed, he chose not to honor their warranty The installer who came over to repair the section told me it wasn't ever going to look right, since the original guy didn't use spacers New tiles weren't going to fit in the space and even if the new tiles were level, the others around it are not, so it would never look right Because there are no spacers, if the house shifts the tile will crack and buckle I have talked to other flooring stores and have been told the thin set should have been removed and spacers should have been used They used shortcuts and I am having to live with the results I will only be happy with a full refund

The customer agreed to have us replace some of the tiles , We have made several attempts to do soI am willing to replace the tiles that we agreed to from the get goIt's not to difficult to do soWe offer a warranty and when things pop up we do our best to make our customers happyWe only stated the size of the company to let her know that no matter how big or small we focus on service and making our customers happyThis isn't just about the tiles it's also about others things that has popped up while on her job We can only do our job properly when we have a chance to without things happening There is no reason to rehash what had transpired from last [redacted] but appears no matter what we can't please her I have the tiles we can replace them as once aggred upon I have returned phone calls to hee as we'll, half of the time she picks up and says nothing We can only do what we can doAgain I'm wiling to replace the tiles or give her the tiles with $ [redacted] to have someone else repair the floor We realized there were a few imperfections and this is why we wanted to take care of them Thank you

Integrity is not demonstrated by an email ! The constant email shows everything I have been addressing since [redacted] It appears no matter what we say or do you will not be happyThere was no reason to reply but again it shows your attempted "bully" tactics as I have expierance from the first day we started the work I have offered what I was willing to offer which is a fair offer based on what needs to be done I will have the tile dropped off at your home within the next week and will leave it by the garage even though you have rejected the offer I hope this is the end of this I have offered and you have rejected so we can leave it at that Good luck in the future and god bless No need for a reply PLEASE! We have tried to Accomadate the customer many times Any time there was an issue we have attempted to fix itWe were scheduled a few times to get this resolved and she kept rescheduling We have had many discussions with the customer regarding these issues and there are many times we are
being yelled at , cursed at, etcShe told my guys to leave after we told her we would replace some tiles The tile it's self has imperfections on the edges but we told her we would replace some of her "major concern " tiles My guys didn't feel comfortable staying there with the response they were getting I have no problem fixing her tiles that we originally talked about it would just be nice to do sowmthing without being bullied It's an easy fix we just need to do it when she isn't verbally attacking my self, sales people or installers Again I have no problem fixing the issue we have the tile

The only installer who came to repair tile was *** He came on the ***, when I was not home, and on the *** The store never sent anyone else out to my home*** was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about tileHe could tell by looking that no spacers were usedI told him that the initial installer had told me they were built in He had me go out to his truck and look at the tile and showed me that the tile did not have built in spacers The bottom of the tile was wider than the top of the tile That is why when butted up against each other there was room for a grout line on the surface That also explained why *** would not be able to take out tile that was uneven and get the new tile to fit in the space Lack of spacers also increase the chance of buckling or cracking If *** could tell just by standing in the room, why didn't the owner tell me these things As I stated before, the owner should be angry with the original installer and not *** or me
Regarding the carpetI have do doubt that the installers who were at our house were uncomfortable The installers told us they could not find the carpet from the bedroom and *** had told them to find pieces from other rooms.
They had the pieces from other rooms laid out in the garage We called *** and told him that was unacceptable When we came back later, they put the pieced carpet in the bedroom We once again called *** and said that was unacceptable The installers could hear our side of the conversation and knew what we wanted Their boss was telling them to do something else I would have been very uncomfortable if I had been placed in that situationWe spent $**,*** with this company If the carpet in the bedroom had needed be replaced, we would have replaced it.
I have listed every date I contacted this company and what was discussed Most conversations lasted a minute or two He has not returned phone calls or left messages I stated the dates I called him I finally contacted the Revdex.com when after a month of calling, I had not heard from himI can assure you that I have not cussed, lied, etc in my dealings with this companyI feel like after five months I have been more than patient The only thing that will resolve this is a refund After the things he has accused me of, I would not feel comfortable with him in my home

You don't leave spacers in while laying tile , you take them out when grouting If you leAve them they will eventually come come thru the grout , any proffesional knows that You can look online for that information tooThe carpet in the garage that we wanted to use was better than the carpet that was in there but there was nothing we could have said she had her mind made upHaving a conversations with the customer is almost impossible Float We typically chArge $a bag for float which is our cost so if you do the math technically from a money stand point you were only chRged for bags We level the floor for the warranty to be valid if needed , we don't use excess float We have tried to deal with the customer but yelling , cursing , acusTions , lies , etc makes this almost impossible to do soI told the customer the floor looked good minus some imperfections which again that's why we offered a warranty We tried to show up multiple times to do this repair so that's all we can do I hope there isn't a reply to this as at this point as we have tried to make this right My installers from both times we were at the home did not feel comfortable being there after all the attempted "bully"remarks were made If any further slandering or accusations are made about ALL FLOORS & MORE I will have no choice but to take further actionI have offered to fix the tiles as once verbally agreed upon and will leave it at that If the cusomer wants this to happen she can give us a call if not we have made the steps to correct it Again I hope there isn't a reply to this , I will take a phone call or no phone call as the answer to this situation

I have attached photos, but am unable to attach as many as I would likeI had taken fifty-five, but could have supplied more The owner has told me that there is nothing wrong with the installation The owner has stated that they tried repeatedly to take care of the floor He came to my house on *** *** and the installer came on *** ***I did not at anytime have people out here trying to do work like he stated I did cancel the appointment for *** ***, but did it on *** ***, six days prior to the appointment, from the doctors office where I learned that I would not available on the *** On *** ***, the installer showed up around *** I was at the doctor's office with my *** Why would a flooring store send someone out to remove and replace tile when the day is almost over? They have called me twice, once on *** ***, to tell me that they had ordered the tile and it would be installed in two weeksThe second time, was a call from the owner, on *** ***, after the installer had talked to *** about removing all the tile I had called *** and almost the first words out of his mouth, were that I had yelled at his guy I told him he knew that was not true You don't yell at a person who is confirming what you have said from the beginning*** told me he was attending a meeting the next couple of days and would call the ***, he did notI called the 2***, once again he told me he would call in a couple of days After calling on *** *** *** *** *** *** and leaving messages, I still have not received a call from him His reply makes it sound like he has gone over and above to try and resolve this problem, but that is not true I have been dealing with them for over five months I know they were angry with the installer for telling me the floor was bad, but it is very evident when you look at the pictures The person he should be angry at is the installer who put the tile down They constantly tout their business as one of the top **flooring stores in the nation and how they only hire professionals If you are not going to guarantee the work done by your company, you shouldn't put it in writingI honestly don't believe they would allow a floor like mine in their houses I would like a refund

I will give you the 4 or5 boxes I have and $[redacted] towards having someone else fix the concerning tiles that we originally agreed upon . I would prefer not to be in your house as we'll based on past interactions . I have no reason to lie as I am beyond an honest person . We don't have issues like this with customers . I would appreciate if you respond if you have to  during the day as I have a family and spend time with them at night . I will not discuss what's in the email as a lot of it is false and there isn't a need.  Just seems that other companies you have hired to do work you have had the same issues with them as you have us based on what you have  told me . I have never only had a 1-2 minute conversation with you they have always been long . I have told you what I am willing to do and if you can't accept that I'm sorry . We do our best to make our customers happy but we ALL know you can't please EVERYONE. Have a good night . There really isn't a reason why we keep going back and forth I'm sure you are busy and would rather do other things at night besides email . I appreciate the business but there's more here than just what you type . I think giving you the tile with $[redacted] would be fair solution .
