All Floors of Orlando

I went to the Underhill location sometime in September. Just looking around. Then I was immediately greeted warmly and professionally by Kenny. I picked a few samples gave it to him. Made an appointment to come to my house and give me an estimate. He was on time, prepared with the samples that I showed him. My husband and I felt comfortable with him. No overselling or arm twisting. Straight forward and honest. In a few days he called with an estimate. It was a great deal. Others places wanted more for the same job. He also gave us a military discount which helped us out since we are retirees every dollar counts. When it was time for the job to be done the installers came on time were also, personable and professional. The carpeting was installed perfectly with no clinches. My master bedroom looked brand new. The carpeting is plush and beautiful. They also, removed and placed back the furniture just as it was no damage. They were very considerate and careful. I just can't say enough. Am so glad I went with my instincts and went with All Floors of Orlando. Other businesses should learn from them.
I will be using them again in the near future to install vinyl flooring which Kenny was able to get and match the existing flooring I have throughout the rest of the house. Get deal once again. Thanks Kenny you're a great asset to your employer and company. It's a pleasure doing business with you and the crew of All Floors of Orlando on Underhill. I give you all five stars. You deserve that and more.

I visited the Lee Vista location on Saturday, July 11th and was assisted by Jose S*** I clearly indicated to Jose that I had two weeks to install tile in my home and he said no problem He then visited my house the following week to take measurements Jose called my on Wednesday, July 15th to give me the total estimate to do the work and charged 50% of the cost to my credit card I was told the work would take three days to complete and would tentatively start on Thursday, July 23rd but may be delayed an additional week and would start no later than Thursday, July 30th Needless to say, no one from All Floors called me until the morning of the 30th However, it was not Jose but rather Leroy the owner of All Floors who explained to me that the installer was injured and couldn't complete the work He said his wife had called me recently and left a voice mail I checked my voice mail and the call log on my phone but there was no record of that person ever contacting me He proceeded to argue with me then a short time later showed up uninvited on my doorstep to continue arguing with me I asked for a refund to my credit card for the amount charged thus far but he didn't think that could be done and wanted to write me a check instead He also gave me Jose's cell phone number which I contacted and left a voice mail I have since disputed the charge with my credit card provider and have vowed never to do business with this company again
