I am a former customer of All Florida Realty in Ocala and had the worse experience in renting out a home. All Florida never advised me that my tenant was moving out, when I called about my rent check at the end of February not being received, I was I was made aware of the renter moving out at the end of January. Another month went by before they advised me that they had to do some work on the unit before they can begin showing, it took several weeks for them to schedule the work and the showings began at the end of April. No feedback was received on the showings, when I requested weekly feedback, I still had to call for information. Then when they began calling weekly, every week they had a prospective renter that never passed the background check. After 5 months of being vacant, I switched companies, had it rented within 30 days for more rental income than being requested by All Florida. I believe the problem is isolated to the Ocala office only.
