6 hours was provided with the delivery time 11-12 with pick up 6- 7pm. Also stated in contract pick up times can run late, if this is a problem please let us know. We have no written knowledge that this was a problem. Most parties over run. 90% of people are happy if the pick up teams are running behind. Sorry THIS was an issue. The pick up team did call the contact person, to let them know they were running behind, (issue not the pick up teams fault, car accident blocking the road....set them back 45 minutes)but just stated they would be there within a half hour and it was ok if they had to leave.At arrival the kids were still playing on the equipment, not sure why the issue was addressed that they were late.Correct our warehouse supervisor replaced the fan. A gentleman approached our staff, (staff is never to approach client...if the party is going on we do not want to interrupt an event) our staff advised what he had done, also letting him know this is a machine and just like a car, it can shut off. 91 Degrees the day of the event. Even though the unit was just serviced. Also advised to check the gas in a few hours ..3pm a call from a person, they left a message, stated the generator turned off several time and they had to have a person stand by the unit.. The Warehouse supervisor was there within 15 minutes, the gas was empty, NO CHARGE he added five gallons of gas (reason where the generator turned off. Generally a $25.00 charge but 0 was charged. The children approached the Supervisor and told them that the unit shut off once and they had so much fun, but was turned back on very fast. No parent was close or could even see the moon bounce, THEY WERE ALL AROUND THE FRONT OF A BUILDING. He stayed 20 min to watch the children and to see if a parent was going to come over. No one came over.... EVEN THOUGH  IN CONTACT THE UNIT MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED WHEN CHILDREN WERE PRESENT. None were present!!Our staff received a phone call from [redacted] explaining the situation. We listened and read the notes from all the staff. She said she was sorry and offered 10% off her next order. The representative explained that the generator was checked thoroughly and had nothing wrong with it and was running perfectly when a supervisor came out and was even advised by the children at the party everything was awesome and that they were having a great time. The representative also explained that the symptoms that were indicated by the client sound like the unit was knocked over accidentally as it showed noissues when supervisor was there. During the 45 minute phone call the clients fiance who was not on the contract came home from work jumped on the phone and requested our representative explain "the deal that was offered to my fiance".The Representative advised what the rep on the field hadnoted regarding the generator as the clients fiance began to scream profanity and said "your not even going to apologize ".The representative advised an apology was issued to the client and an offer of %10 off a future rental .The fiance continued to use PROFANITY at our staff member stating they would call the police if they didn't get their money back screaming they were the head of maintenance . She asked several times to reframe otherwise this call will be ended ( no one should be disrespectful to anyone...The representative was only listening and trying to help with the situation) After he repeatlyused profanity at our sales staff she called me in... Placed on speaker phone so I could hear the profanity and harassment ... I informed her to tell him the conversation was over and not to call back because at this point it was  very aggressive behavior and our clients do not normally  act in this manner so the representative was a bit taken back..At this point the harassment was so severe we are having at meeting to see if the issue needs to be addressed by the New Castle County Police. We are trying to ensure our staff has a safe and friendly work environment. The moment our staff received a call concerning the generator a technician was dispatched to assist the client we took every measure to ensure a great and successful party as we have never had this concern before.

Review: I rented a Ultimatex1 Jump House from All For Fun Party Rentals, and the experience was extremely poor. The Jump house was delivered on time which is the only good thing I have to say. Upon payment of remaining balance we were told the technician did not have change, so in order to receive change for the over payment we would need to be there when the technician picked up the jump house. The tech said he would be back between 6PM and 7PM, and though the contract said different these terms were accepted. No more than a hour after the technician left the jump house deflated due to the fan shorting the generator. The technician was back on scene within 20 minutes after call was placed and fixed the issue by changing the fan, and he also checked the fuel in the generator reassuring everyone that it was safe. Two hours after that the generator stopped working again and began to deflate with kids inside the jump house. My fiancé who is an director of maintenance was able to get the generator back on before any serious injuries occurred. The All For Fun technician came out again and checked the generator, added gas and left without speaking to any of the 8 adults present at the party. Luckily the jump house lasted until the party ended after the second visit. The party ended at 5PM, we all pitched in to clean, and was ready to leave the park at 6PM. We turned off the fan by unplugging it from the generator allowing the jump house to deflate, we then attempted to turn off the generator so we could leave no longer interested in receiving our change from over payment, but the generator would not turn off forcing someone to wait for the tech to show up. A call was placed to the office the next evening and the representative on the phone was extremely rude, over talking me and yelling, as if it was going to make what happened seem ok. She then stated that we would not be receiving anything, when all we were asking for was an apology.Desired Settlement: We would be suing if not for the fast actions of my fiancé, so we would like a refund.
