[redacted] came in to to have us diagnose her headlight. We checked the vehicle. We tried replacing the bulb and checked fuses...

neither of which solved the problem.
We did some research and found someone that had a similar problem with the same vehicle. We then told [redacted] that her best and probably cheapest option would be to go to the dealer for a module reset. We did not charge [redacted] for checking the lights since we were not able to fix it.

Of corse they didnt charge me cuz it was their fault. We did all that but the first night I got there without a headlight and left with one that wouldnt turn off or backlights

after they told us to take the car to the dealer after they messed it up we did and the warranty was expired so we had to pay 140 for an electrician to check it out so that took another week after that come to find out we need the light module which cost us 900 to fix it. the last time I left that shop I told the owner [redacted] aslo known as......that if they did \nt fix it I would report them. after 6 times it only made it worse now I have no car to use and I need this issue fixed soon if not tell me what the next step is please

problem to be the master switch. The 40.00 that was charged was to put the window up and that service was provided. That amount will not be returned as it was for services provided. In the complaint Mr. [redacted] states that the same issue persisted after (HE) not a trained technician changed the part. He never mentioned that the back windows were not working and we would never intentionally cut wires. We are a well established business. We have been in the valley for over 15 years we do not practice unethical procedures.

I am an electronics repair technician for the #1 leading check scanner manufacturer in the world. I think I know a little bit about electronics. Let get serious, you use a flat head screwdriver to lift up the master panel switch. Squeeze the clips to disconnect the connectors to the master switch and replace. A monkey could do that job. And as far as being a well established businessn why would your yelp reviews be so horrible then? I am not satisfied with this response.
