All For Your Wedding

Review: I placed an order with this company on 1/31/2014 and have made several attempts via phone, email, and their messaging center to contact them about my order and have not heard anything from them. I received a confirmation email from them when the order was placed and my order status is still "pending" on their website. I have told them to cancel my order as it is for my upcoming wedding if they cannot ship it soon and they have still failed to conatact me with an update about my order. They have not charged my credit card as of yet, but I am worried that they will rather than cancelling it.Desired Settlement: All I want from them is the status of my order and a promise that it will ship soon. If they cannot do that I want a confirmation email that they have cancelled my order and my credit card will not be charged.
