Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:On Tuesday December 13, 2016, the owner of All Foreign Auto Parts, [redacted] called me and also contacted my mother [redacted] from a private phone number of [redacted] to inform us that he was willing to make the refund in the amount of $regarding the shaft if I brought back the shaft with the part that was attached when I bought the shaft, which was a universal joint.On Friday, December 16, 2016, I went to [redacted] auto parts and bought a new universal joint in the amount of $and attached it to the shaft I purchased from Mr [redacted] at All Foreign Auto Parts to satisfy Mr [redacted] so that he would return my $ If Mr [redacted] was truly concerned that his shaft was not complete, a new universal joint should have satisfied him, but he refused to return the money as he promised I live in Canyon Lake and my mother, Ms [redacted] took the shaft back for refund since she lives in the area close to All Foreign Auto Parts Ms [redacted] did contact a county sheriff and made a police report, number [redacted] because she was afraid Mr [redacted] would be confrontational with herMy mother Ms [redacted] also was the one that initially attempted to refund the shaft the first time and when Mr [redacted] said he would not refund the money for the shaft, he grabbed her by the arm and told her to leaveMy mother was not going to argue with him, told him to not touch her and she left, and that is why she called a sheriff and made a police report the second time, and it is a good thing that she did because Mr [redacted] refused to do the refund as he promisedThis time Mr [redacted] said he wanted the original damaged universal joint Mr [redacted] knows how much universal joints cost and he knows that the one that was attached was damaged I did not purchase a universal joint from him, I purchased a shaft at $My receipt from All Foreign Auto Parts indicates I purchased a shaft only My wife, [redacted] initially picked up the shaft for me at All Foreign Auto Parts on 11/18/16, and when she brought the shaft home, I did notice there was a universal joint attached to it, however I removed that part and threw it away because it was damagedIt made no difference that the universal joint was damaged because I needed a shaft and that is what I purchased All Foreign Auto Parts was the only used auto parts that had a shaft for my [redacted] TruckI have never done business with All Foreign Auto Parts beforeI have done business with other used auto parts and have never had any problems with refundsIf I also needed a universal joint, I would have purchased a brand new one at any Auto Parts storeUniversal joints are very reasonable and no one buys these type of parts from used auto partsMr [redacted] is making an fraudulent excuse so that he does not have to refund my $270.00.Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sir,First of all I did not in any way touch your mother, Secondly, I was willing to give you a refund if the part was returned in the original conditionYou have stated that you have removed the universal Joint I was also willing to give you in-store credit for the full amountMy reluctance now is that I can no longer sell the part which might be defective and would be a liability to my businessHowever am willing to give you a 50% discount on a future purchase that might equal up to half of the amount paid.Thank you*** ***All Foreign Auto Parts***

On 11/Mrs***' son purchased a rear drive shaftHis wife called a few days later called and said her husband bought a part and it was not the correct oneShe asked if it could be returnedI told her yes and asked if she needed me to get her the correct oneShe said no-her husband was
going to buy a new oneI told her to return the part the way it was and I would give her a refundThe part was returned 11/28/by Mrs***I asked her where she was parked so I could help her unload itI went to get the part and I noticed that there were parts missing off itI told her I cannot accept this drive shaftShe called her son to tell himThen she told me there was no way her son was going to lose $She leftMr*** called me a few minutes laterHe told me is a plumber and could not afford to lose that moneyI told him just return the part and I would give him in store credit for the part because it was not in the original conditionHe agreedHe thought he would need other parts for his truckI didn't hear from him againHis mom called that night at 6:and told me she was filing a report against me with the Revdex.com and the police department.The invoice states on the back that parts must be in the same condition as when soldI am sending a duplicate receipt.If the part had been returned in the original condition, a refund would have been issued.I am here to do good businessI refund customer's money of the parts are returned in good conditionThe offer of instore credit was made to try and be fair to Mr***The part is damagedI will not be able to sell it.Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.Thank you,*** ***All Foreign Auto Parts *** ** *** ** ** San Antonio TX

Review: On 12/15/13 I purchased an item listed on eBay.com listed by eBay Seller: foreignaut Item Title/Description: 1998 1999 2000 TOYOTA COROLLA Air Bag Set w/ Computer 0838995 Condition: Used Price: $65.00 Shipping Charges: $45.00Everything seemed to be going fine, Received a Payment Processed Confirmation from PayPal with Transaction ID #[redacted], The next day, 12/16/13 I received confirmation of shipment through UPS with Tracking number: [redacted] with an estimated delivery of Wed. Dec. 18.On Wed. Dec. 18, nothing arrived, I checked with all neighbors, household members, etc. after no results I immediately contacted the seller notifying them of the issue and did not get a reply until Dec. 20. Since the first message they were not cooperative, at all. Very Rude & not trying to satisfy me as a customer. Showed very minimal interest in solving things. Refused to issue refund or re-ship product.Desired Settlement: I Would like a Partial Refund & A Replacement expedited shipped to me. Over-night shipment. I needed this item 2 weeks ago, my vehicle is stopped and I do not have transportation. If not I would like FULL REFUND plus more compensation for all the time spent filing and messaging and lost time waiting for product.

In response to this case I have attached a couple pages of information to help you understand this case a little bit. The first pages show the very first email from this customer through EBAY and then my response. All the emails have a date and time stamped on them. The pages beyond that show the customer was refunded in full. The date and time are also stamped on that. I answered the customer quickly and efficiently. I was very respectful, courtesy, and professional when answering the emails. Keep in mind this customer never tried-to contact me by-phone and l am available all day everyday during the week and a couple hours on the weekend. The UPS tracking number shows that the package was delivered through UPS. Keep in mind this was 5 days before Christmas. I offered solutions to the buyer multiple times. He was very rude and threatening as you can see from what he wrote in the emails. if there is anything you need answered please let me know
