I was (and still am) trying to get my shower enclosure installed from All Glass and MirrorI contacted them through their website and got a quick response for this type of service industry*** came out two days later to give me the quoteQuote was very reasonable so I decided to go with themSince the point of taking the deposit, the experience has not been too enjoyable*** said they would call the next day to confirm the order and give an installation dateThat never happened*** said no more than business daysI have a feeling they will say anything to get the orderSo I called them on the 11th business day (my first communication with the office) and I had to set the delivery dateSomeone called me back hours later saying the times weren't available and they needed to reschedule the appointmentSince I was out of town (and driving) at the time, I told them I would call them backWhen I got back in town, the phone went straight to voice mail for three daysI left several messages, but didn't get a response from them until I emailed them again AFTER THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE TO INSTALL THE ENCLOSURE FOR AN APPOINTMENT I NEVER HADHopefully, the quality of the material and installation will make this a positive experience for usNow I have to find another company to do the rest of the glass work that I had planned in the house...beware!
I am very pleased with their prompt service and great installation. They were able to find a very oversized window replacement which I was having trouble locating. I definitely would recommend them and use them again.
We had a terrible experience with this company. We paid over $ 3100.00 for two frameless shower doors - The installers were two high school kids in which they brought the wrong parts, had to go back to the shop to get the right ones. At the end one knobs was installed incorrectly, the doors were not sealed as they should, water was leaking from the bottom, and the glass shelves against the wall came loose the next day, on top of that, they left four black holes on the walls. The owner had to order one more knob it took 10 days. We called again for HELP...and the owner said come to my shop to pick it up. How about that.
