All Guard Pest Control

All Guard Pest Control tricked my father who does not speak English to sign a 10month contract. I was the one that requested the one time service, however they tricked my father to signing a 10month agreement without his acknoldegement as he thought he was just signing for the day of service which should be charged only one time. I only asked them to come out for only one month and they are know trying to charge my debit card for 10 months worth of service. All Guard Pest Control performed a bate and switch on myself and my father, tricking my father to sign a 10month agreement taking advantage of the fact that he does not read or speak english. All Guard Pest Control business ethics are corrupt and they need to be reprimanded!

We started using AllGuard a few years ago and are very happy. They are reliable and keep the yard free of bugs. I like that they remind us they are coming and check in to see if we are having problems. I recommend them.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. They have been reliable and easy to work with. Keep up the good work!

All Guard Pest Control came out to my house in July 2013. I signed a 12 month contract for them to come back every two months at the cost of $67 for each service.

I paid cash the first time even though I was being pressured to give my credit card. The service failed to help my cricket and spider problem. The company never returned my calls about their poor work. They came out in Sept. 2013 when I wasn't home and I guess sprayed the outside.

Again their work did not help with my pest problems. I called and again no one called me back. Then I went away for about 4 weeks and come home to two bills from this company. One has a $134 cancellation fee and the next sent a week apart has a $50 collection fee.

They didn't do their job and didn't return my calls and now they want me to pay them $266 in fees. Then a couple days ago I get a voice mail from their owner [redacted] and he says that I need to pay them or their attorneys will take over and put a lien on my house.

I then call their office and explain to some lady working the phone what has happened and she reiterated pay us $266 or will put a lien on your house. Then she hung up on me.

They put a collection thing on my credit and are threatening me with house liens over a $67 service that they didn't do well either time they came. Though they got $67 cash from me the first time.

Thus, today I went to small claims court and filed a complaint. Additionally I sent in a complaint to the [redacted].

I have hired another pest company and would warn anyone out there about doing business with this All Guard company.
