I have spoken to the Finance Manager that sold and issued the extended warranty on Mr***’s vehicle. We take great care in fully explaining any and all warranties to every customer that is interested in buyingEvery extended warranty starts from the original in service date of the vehicle,
not on the date of most recent purchaseMr***’s vehicle original in service date was in The Finance Manager pointed that out to Mr*** at the time of purchaseWe do apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that is may have causedWe will be happy to refund $to Mr*** in good faithA check for this amount will be mailed to the address listed in the customer information provided on the original part of your emailPlease allow business days to receiveRespectfully, *** ***

After thoroughly reviewing [redacted]’s records we see that his 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis had exceeded Ford’s recommended 100,000 maintenance schedule visit. This Ford recommended service includes replacing spark plugs, there in the tune up. [redacted]’s records show that this service had...
never been performed and had exceeded the recommended mileage by 34,988 miles. Keeping our clients best interest at heart North Park recommended the tune up and [redacted] agreed to have it performed. North Park stands behind Ford recommended services. This work was performed 07/14/2014 with [redacted]’s knowledge and authorization. We do apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused [redacted], but do not agree that a settlement is in order. Respectfully, [redacted]
