All Hour Collision

I Have had a few experiences with the people at All Hour Collision, Jack, Naomi and Cynthia and I have found them to be extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and above all, especially in this business very fair and honest...they walked me through everything that needed to be done, were on time with their work and, even more important, because the last car was my son's, they made extra sure that the car came back in great condition. They advised me to listen for any unusual noise from the hub and bearing because in that type of accident it doesn't show up right away....one month later I had to bring it back and they took care of it immediately, no questions asked, and showed that parts that were replaced....I would recommend them to anyone looking for fair and honest work!....Thank you to the people at All Hour!

Our car was towed to All Hour Collision after a car accident. Our insurance company had had issues with the business and they want us to use another repair shop, which we have no problem. When we went to pick up the car with a tow truck, they refused to give our car back claiming they have issues with the tow truck driver. We had to call police officers to get our car back and put on the tow truck. I would like to warn anyone who has insurance which does not like to deal with All Hour Collision.
