I am rejecting this response because: I don't see anything where they have still offered any proof about the "policy" on the time frame to bring the animal back in; how looking at the pet's teeth is considered a thorough examination when she clearly
had other issues that were never brought up or asked about or addressed by the "DR"; an apology for the professionalism or lack of by staff including the apparent owner; and lastly my money for the examination that never occurred being refunded.
