I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

they liedThe tech never once returned to "finish" anythingI was told I would have to pay for the parts, another service call, and hourly rates! They never once offered to complete the installI was told they "couldn't find the parts"I found them in minutes with one phone callThe job was never finished and I was forced to pay and told I would have to pay more to have the job

Dear Mr. [redacted] ,After speaking with your technician, it is true, we did not carry the parts needed to reinstall your water softener. They are special order from the manufacturer. We had planned to return to reinstall the water softener once we located the parts and make the repair at no additional charge. We have mailed a check in the amount of $250 to cover the reinstallation of the softener. explained there was a $trip charge for coming out after hours and that the parts and labor cost of the drain cleaning would be additionalI explained to you, on the phone, that we do not offer camera service, but are able to properly clean sewer drains, using a heavy duty drain snakeYou told me to go ahead and have a technician come outThe technician arrived on time, in uniform and ready to complete the jobWhen he gave you an estimate, you refused the drain cleaning service, and refused to pay the $after hours trip chargeAfter that, you called the office and told us you were upset and making a complaint with the Revdex.comPlease call ###-###-#### to pay your outstanding bill

Dear Revdex.com,Mr*** placed a service call to repair some leaks in the mechanical area of his homeOne of our technicians, Steve, went out and gave him an estimateThe plumbing was in poor condition because the house had sat vacant for two years priorMr*** and Steve discussed a plan
to fix and rework the plumbing in that area of the home and re-pipe some water linesHe was given an estimate to rework and replace the water linesMr*** told Steve he would like to provide the materials needed for the jobApproximately a month later, all the job materials were collected and the job was scheduledSteve arrived at the jobsite and got to workHe had to take the water down to the home to repair the water linesEverything went smoothly and the work that was stated on the invoice was complete. The technician did admit it took him longer than anticipated, but that was due to the fact he wanted everything to be straight and professionally doneHe was proud of his workEverything looked great. When the technician went to turn the water back on, he found there was no water to the homeSometimes things happen that we have no control over them. This was one of them. The pressure switch and bladder did not break because of anything the technician did wrongThe technician went to the plumbing supplier and attempted to get parts to fix it that eveningHe was unable to get the parts he needed and returned the following morning to finish the additional work.If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact usThank you for your time

I was told they "couldn't find the parts". I found them in 5 minutes with one phone call. The job was never finished and I was forced to pay and told I would have to pay more to have the job
