Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Ok only half of what he is saying is true I did post a add on Craig's list and yes they contacted me and said they had a engine for $ I told them that I only wanted to $so he said he would look around with some companies that he dose business with He called me back and said he found one for $but with a core charge of $he said this engine was run tested and would carry the same warrantySo put yourself in my shoes they sold me a engine for $that was suppose to be run tested before it was delivered to me , now I pay a mechanic $to put the engine in that is suppose to be a good engine then all imports tell me the reason the engine would not run was a computer problem it is a computer issue so then I pay to reprogram the computer plus new oil and filters fuel filterAll of this would have been great if they would have sold me a good engine Now that I paid a dealership to find out what is wrong with the engine they to me it had no compression on cylinders and by the way there was never any talk about a labor warranty just about the month warranty was the only thing ever brought to my attentionA warranty is only as good as the company that stands behind itThere was very little cumacation until a month went by and I desputed my credit card then the manger called me to work something out the only offer was for me to take the truck to his mechanic , another tow bill he said he would pay his mechanic to remove the engine but that still dose not replace all the money that I just paid to install a engine with new oil and filters that they sold to me as a k Good engine I asked him for another engine and he said that I got the engine to cheap That I get what I pay for Again they told me this engine only had 125k miles on it and it was guarantee for month so I paid them for it and yes they did give me another dollars off because it was late But if the salesman would have told me that he was selling me a engine that would not run and would stand behind his product I would have never bought If they think that selling somebody a bad engine and letting them pay to have it installed and then just say bring it back and we will refund you for the engine of But not for everything else that is not a good company Regards, [redacted]

Ok only half of what he is saying is true .      I did post a add on Craig's list and yes they contacted me and said they had a engine for $6000  I told them that I only wanted to $3000 so he said he would look around with some companies that he dose business with.   He called me back and said he found one for $3000 but with a core charge of $700 he said this engine was run tested and would carry  the same warranty. So put yourself in my shoes they sold me a engine for $3600 that was suppose to be run tested before it was delivered to me , now I pay a mechanic $1500 to put the engine in that is suppose to be a good engine then all imports tell me the reason the engine would not run was a computer problem .    it is a computer issue so then I pay 400 to reprogram the computer plus new oil and filters fuel filter. All of this would have been great if they would have sold me a good engine . Now that I paid a dealership to find out what is wrong with the engine .      they to me it had no compression on 3 cylinders.          and by the way there was never any talk about a labor warranty just about the 3 month warranty was the only thing ever brought to my attention. A warranty is only as good as the company that stands behind it.
