All in 1 Construction Ltd.

I got [redacted] ( The owner of All in 1 Construction Ltd. )to come into my home to do some repairs....I got a quote stating he needed 5000.00 prier to starting for materials....I gave him the cheque and he started working right after....a couple of day's later he said he needed 1000.00 more for insurance purposes which I then wrote him out another check....he came to the house with another employee every other day to finish the renovations...he started to come less and less and had 2 other employees come into my home...[redacted]Since that day no work has been done on my house. He say's he is coming but never shows up. I have paid for the work however it is incomplete. [redacted] had come by that evening and I proceeded to inform him that no one was aloud in my home except him to finish the job. He told me he would be here on May 18th by 1 pm. He never showed up and now will not except my phone calls and texts.I believe he owes me 3000$ of unfinished work and I would like that back.Desired SettlementI believe he owes me 3000$ of unfinished work and I would like that back.
