I am not satisfied their results or response because they continue to try to play the victim1st, I have a receipt for a brand new battery I purchased that they swapped outWhen I dropped off my bobcat, it started and ran fine with leak on itSam even sent a video to me claiming how I was supposed to be a loyal customer because I requested my bobcat be returned to myself multiple timesAfter failed attempts of me denying to pay for an estimate and ask him to return my bobcat, he stated he was out of town and wouldn't be back until MondayAfter multiple times of him asking me for money, I ask him how does he expect me to pay him for something and he's never even given me a quote, after me stating that, he finally emailed me a quote after a few daysWe then spoke on the phone, and he continue to threaten to sell my bobcat to multiple people if I did not authorize the work. I have attached a screen shot of *** ***'s text thread between him and myselfMr*** *** proceed to tell me that he is indeed business partner with Sam and he only owns part of the companyHe said that what ever happened between Sam and I, he didn't want to get involved because he refereed me to him and had no idea what was going on. I am requesting a full refund from the companyMy next step beyond this is court.
