Contract # [redacted] was rented on June 2, at 5pm [redacted] was instructed at time of rental to write the mileage down and to leave both the contract and the key in our drop box at time of TRUCK RETURNThe other three truck rentals that were rented during the same time frame had no issues as they were instructed the sameOn June 4, 2017, I personally came in to put away the trucks and immediately contacted [redacted] in regards to the missing keyTwo emails were also sent and a voicemail was left at [redacted] 's employerIn which she also denied receivingAfter spending hours of my own time reviewing the footage, I spent another minutes with [redacted] reviewing the same footage from June 3rd from 9pm to midnightWhich clearly shows one man coming up to two of the uhauls (clearly not her husband as she agreed) and trying to open the backs of the trucks at approximately 11pmIn addition Chevron who directly resides in front of our business kindly checked their footage and no key was returned during the time frame mentionedOn Monday, June 5th at 10am I checked the drop box one more time before ordering a replacement key and charged [redacted] $for a new key and one additional day since we were unable to rent the truck outThe key was placed into our drop box after our final check on Monday June 5th and was discovered Thursday June 8th during a return of another rentalIt is our opinion that the key was misplaced by [redacted] and later returned after the key had already been replacedI have recorded both footages for review - the time [redacted] suggests the key was returned, the day [redacted] came in to review the footage (June 9, 2017) and printed out the emails and our phone records showing our due diligence to resolve this issue.All In One Business takes pride in the customer service that each individual gets and made every effort to resolve the situation with [redacted] prior to charging herI feel sadden that [redacted] would go to such extreme; especially after she clearly seen the key was not returned during the claimed time period 10:30-10:45pmI would be more than happy to share all footage with a Revdex.com representative and any other documentation supporting our due diligence and these chargesBest Regards, Ms [redacted] CEO - All In One Business Center

I am rejecting this response because: the key was returned with the truck on that night and there were more kids in that place with their babies then she is talking about here , very unprofessional way to run a business I may add too, and she had them moving the trucks it was not her spouse either it was a young boyI was there when she told him to do soHer camera's show nothing, no one dropping off anything, none of the customers, so she can't say that I didn't return that keyShe still can't tell me how it miraculously shows up the next dayThe business place is a mess, not sure how she keeps anything straight in there, then something like this happens and she wants the customer to pay

After spending 4 hours of my own time reviewing the footage, I spent another 45 minutes with [redacted] reviewing the same footage from June 3rd from 9pm to midnight. Which clearly shows one man coming up to two of the uhauls (clearly not her husband as she agreed) and trying to open the backs of the trucks at approximately 11pm. In addition Chevron who directly resides in front of our business kindly checked their footage and no key was returned during the time frame mentioned. I was there when she told him to do so. Her camera's show nothing, no one dropping off anything, none of the customers, so she can't say that I didn't return that key. She still can't tell me how it miraculously shows up the next day. The business place is a mess, not sure how she keeps anything straight in there, then something like this happens and she wants the customer to pay.
