We are under contract to purchase a home later this monthI spoke with Douglas and setup a time for him to come out and inspect the home for potential issuesWe had to change the date because the appraisal was not in yet, and he had no problem at all with it He was easy to reach by phone or through email, and always got back to me
I met with him after he had completed the inspectionHe walked me through the house, inside and out and was EXTREMELY THOROUGHHe even knew which light bulbs were burnt out, and what switch turned on what lightChecked the roof, A/C system, and pool system as well to make sure they were all operating properlyVery personable as wellA day later he sent me a typed up page report with pictures and issues that he found so it would be easy to reference with the owners / real estate agent
The biggest thing was finding a potential A/C problem that would have cost us thousands of dollarsNow we are in the process of renegotiating the contract
This is my first time going through a home inspection and I cannot recommend Douglas enoughGuy knows his stuff, very personableGreat to have in my corner to make sure all the ducks are in a row, especially with buying an older home

I used All in One Inspections for the purchase of my home. I had a great experience with Douglas. He was able to find many items that saved me money. I was able to negotiate with the seller of the house and get him to lower the price of the house. It was a great experience. Douglas did a walk through with me at the end of my inspection. It really helped me understand all the big items as well as the small items. My realtor loved the experience too. She was able to use the inspection report as a negotiating tool - very easy to understand. I would highly recommend.
