My name is [redacted] , President of All-In-One Computer Service.I personally called the customer at 4:44pm, minutes after I got the email from the Revdex.com about this complaintI did speak with [redacted] husband and gave him my personal number for her to call be back to talk about this issueI have not heard back from herI would like to be proactive on this issue.I personally apologize for what happened with your computer On Saturday February 7th, 2015, I refunded the $back to customer’s charge card.If she would like to bring the laptop back into our business, I can see if I can get a replacement motherboard for her computer.If I can’t get a replacement board, I will replace the laptop with equal or better specs than she currently has.I hope we can get this issue resolved.Sincerely, [redacted] , President of All-In-One Computer Services

Unfortunately quotes from other companies on motherboards as well as labor for installation are not usually available after business hours and on weekends, and as such I am waiting on that information prior to calling back to square up with what exactly my cost of being made whole will be. I will be in touch by the end of the week of the Februrary 20th, 2015 with cost of independent diagnosis, motherboard replacement and installation labor

My cost of repairs are as follows: $35.00 initial motherboard sound error diagnosis, $89.99 replacement motherboard (shipping fees included in price), $50.00 motherboard installation total of $174.99. Arbitrary $45.00 credit was issued to credit card for some reason, so the balance due to be made whole is $129.99.
