This place is horrible! Many of the dog owners do not curb thier pets; leaving feces all over the placeVery unsanitary and management does not even care to maintain the complexFrom what I have learned from other tenants as I spoke to them; making aquaintances while walking to the complex, neighbors, etc., management takes forever to fix thingsGranted there is a "million" tenants in the complex (exaggeration), however, communication from management would be appreciatedAt least let the tenant know where in the "line of a million people you are in "Sometimes, it may takes months for anything to be fixedNevertheless, the place is unkept, the staff (maintenance ppl) is way too pretentious and the management is disorganizedMany people are content with the service as many do not speak upHowever, this establishment does not meet expectations in cleanliness and organization

Sorry for the delay in my response, my daughter has been extremely illIt is my fault for not putting in the contract the possibility of the concrete settling but it was told to the customerThe clients were extremely happy upon the completion of the project and paid in full right awayWe did not here anything until months laterWe live in Wisconsin and the freeze-thaw cycle is vicious, some work out, some do notI am sorry it did not work out in this particular caseBut I cannot predict what Mother Nature does or cannot guarantee my work not knowing what the house was back filled withI have excellent reviews from all my customers except for these clients and their friends which I have done no work for, rating our businessI am more than willing to send numerous customer names to support this

In July of 2015 All In One Construction Services, LLC did pour the client's raised patio.  Prior to pouring, when we went out to bid the job and discuss what they wanted we found out this was a new construction and the homeowners just purchased the house.  We advised them not to pour any...

concrete on a new build for a minimum of a year and our recommendation was waiting two years.  For new construction, there is always a possibility of settling and going through a freeze thaw cycle is imperative when pouring any concrete.  We told them since they haven't gone through that concrete can sink and settle because of the freeze thaw and there is always the possibility of it pulling away from a structure as well.  This can happen with driveways, patios, porches etc.  They said they wanted a patio asap because they have a dog and they didn't want to deal with the mud anymore.  We again explained our position and gave them a bid.  They accepted and we poured the patio.  Upon completion of the project, they were very happy and the stairs were not crooked, there was no chips in the bricks and the surface is uneven because it is stamped and colored and that is the stamp they selected.  They never once said anything about any of these items and paid us in full.  We then received a call in May of 2016 with their complaints.  We did go out and visit them and told them at that time exactly what we told them prior to pouring, the sinking was a possibility because of the freeze thaw cycle.  They then pointed out the other items, again these items were not an issue right after the pour so we have no idea why their were chips in the bricks now.  It could have been from multiple different possibilities beyond our control.  We did offer to fix some of the items, however with regards to the sinking they were fully aware that may happen and that is beyond our control.  We always stand behind our work and if there are ever issue due to "our workmanship" they are resolved.  These items were nothing we could control or prevented this is the natural process of what could happen.  They have made harassing/derogatory and untrue statements via email and on our facebook page.  Our prior customers can attest to our attentiveness, quality workmanship, and willingness to stand behind our work.  Again, these items are not things we could have prevented or controlled.   Thank you for your attention to this matter and any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.   Thank you,All In One Construction Services, LLC
