Review: On Jan *, 2016 I hired a magician from all in one entertainment. It was a ONE HOUR MAGIC show with NO live animals, which is stated in the agreement/signed quote contract. They asked if I wanted the cotton candy & face painting with the package, I said no 1 Hour Magic with no live animals for $225. When the magician arrived he performed 20 mins, magic, & had my guest pet his bird for another 20 mins. I did not get what I paid for, also my event was catered, paying by head, the magician Jason also took dinner from the restaurant along with his friend & I had to pay for it, I spoke to Kristy a day after & she explained its a rule, the entertainers are not suppose to eat at the customers event.. Totally unprofessional & not fair. I called the owner to file a complaint & to discuss. Instead of trying to resolve the matter, he was shouting & yelling at me, saying I have no complaint, my complaint is pointless, hes very ignorant person, he said I make no sense what I am saying & the magician would never do such things. The owner also ask me to show him proof, with an invoice from the restaurant that says magician eat. The restaurant will not give invoices for each person individually, catering doesn't work like this, he said he knows about catering & yes they give invoices, show him proof., everybody was counted at he event including the magician & his friend. & I paid for the entire head count. The owner told me to never call his business again & to loose his number. I have booked from them several years. I am very dissatisfied with the services & the way I was treated by the owner. He said the magician ate your food so What?, your complaint is pointless, why are you calling me?. They need to be investigated. The girls that makes the reservation also misleads you when booking, they tell you one thing on the phone & at the event you don't get what you paid for. I also have pics of my guest with the bird & my contract specifically says 1 hour magic NO live animals. I ended up paying $225 for the magic plus paid for the dinner both people took from the restaurant/my party. Magician started the magic 8:10pm & finished 8:20pm, bird petting right after for another 20 mins. I have pics & a copy of my contract. Very unsatisfactory, I was robbed out of the entertainment package, at least 50% of my money should be returned. I told the magician at least 6 times no live animals, only magic show. he still proceeded to his liking of what needs to be done at my event. The owner did not even say I am sorry, I will try to resolved it, instead fighting & being nasty on the phone & told me don't ever call them back. He hung up the phone on me. Then the magician Jason called right after saying, how dare you talk about the food I eat, what kind of people are you?, don't ever call me again. The owner also told me the show is $150, I told him I paid $225, he switched his mouth & said you got a discount, it is $250. There was no discount, because when I booked I requested a discount being a previous customer & they said no, we cant give a discount. They have a business in the community & very unprofessional !Desired Settlement: The owner has no skills in customer services. I am a customer & he should have tried to find out what happen by talking to the magician, or give me some type of credit., but instead was very nasty, obnoxious, rude & hung up the phone on me & told me don't every call their business again. When you are an owner of a business you have to try to resolve customers complaints nicely. He also pulled up my reservation & said the computer went down, he lied, because he saw that my contract says"1 hour magic NO live animals.

Review: We had the 1 hour magician package for our sons birthday party, and they told us that they would show up somewhere between 4.30 - 5 pm. Right after 5 pm I got a phone call stating the magician had been in a car accident and was running late, he would be coming about 25-30 minutes later.

I got caught up in the party - not paying attention to the time, and it wasn't until 6 pm that the magician finally showed up ( a lot of kids had already left at that time...........) He told me that he had been scheduled by ALL IN ONE to be at another party at 4 and that party was an hour away from my location!! How irresponsible of the company to book the same guy for two separate parties so far apart at basically the same time..... he also stated that he does not work for ALL IN ONE but was hired as a freelance magician and had multiple complains and that he would not pay for their services.

Anyway - the show was okay, the kids that were left were entertained, but I made it clear that I wasn't happy with the delay of the show at all, but was told I could call on the Monday to discuss a refund.

I got the run around from probably every single person at the company - being promised to get a call back from the owner by the end of the day. No call back - the following day I had to repeat the story to multiple people (also got put on hold for absurd long time) and being laughed at from one of the employees listening to my story. I was told I was suppose to get a $30 refund. I was asking AGAIN for the supervisor/owner and was told I need to make a appointment to actually drive to the office to meet with him. This is so ridiculous I cannot even understand how this company have any business!

I am still waiting for that refund (18 days later) and I can't even bother to keep calling them for this little amount of refund. I was told by the magician it would definitely NOT be any issue to get a refund and I was expecting a little bit more than this. I am very disappointed and I feel like this company should not be able to act like this!!!Desired Settlement: I want a greater refund than the $30. As a total we paid $260 and I would appreciate at least 50% back

Review: I booked a graduation party for my daughter (event date 6/**/15). The party hall was filthy, one bathroom had two toilets, another had dead spiders and bees, and the ceiling was falling down. The floor in the play room was also falling apart. The walls were stained and ceilings were stained. My contract states I had use of the refrigerator and freezer. The refrigerator was not working. Two games for the children out of the four in the game room were out of service. The jungle gym was disgusting. When I finally reached the owner (who stated he was in fact the owner) he told me that he sold the business two months ago (mind you I booked on 6/*/15) and he was not liable. I need to know who is. I paid $850 plus taxes for this party hall and I want my money back. What a nightmare! I have pictures.Desired Settlement: Refund and a sincere apology.

Review: I called the company twice prior to my event to confirm the specific nemo-themed bounce house and tent size. Due to having a small yard and in-ground swimming pool, I was very specific with the tent size needed. I requested a 20x30 single tent. On Friday May [redacted], a representative from the company called to confirm my party for Saturday May [redacted]. I had to inform them that they had the wrong date, which ultimately caused frustration and concern. I quickly re-confirmed my event for Sunday and requested a 9am arrival time. I had informed a representative that the event was scheduled to start at 1pm and to please arrive on time to allow ample time for setting tables and decorations under the tented area. On the morning of the event your driver arrived at 11am and had numerous excuses on why they were over two hours late. The tent was 20x20 and the driver explained that he had two other 10x10 tents in the truck that would “total” 20x30. This is not what I arranged and confirmed with the company. I would also like to mention the terrible condition the tents were in. They were filthy, had holes, and tears throughout the material. On top of being very late and not having the correct tent, the driver then came to my wife and I while we were setting up in the rain and informed us that he didn’t have enough support poles and needed to return to the warehouse. He told me it would take 20 minutes and again, he did not return for another hour and thirty minutes. My caterers arrived and had to prepare the food outdoors without having adequate protection from the poor weather condition. Your driver returned as my guests were arriving and continued to install tents in their work attire as my guests observed. This unprofessionalism on you part caused an enormous amount of stress and frustration on what should be a fun and exciting day. I also would like to mention the condition of the nemo bounce house. Both the exterior and interior was soiled and grimy. It had so much mud that my guests refused to let their small children play in the bouncer. When we mentioned the condition of the bouncer, your driver asked to use our cleaning supplies and went through two bottles of our cleaning solution. This did not fix the problem. Not only did they use our cleaning supplies but also requested a ladder, towels, etc. They were not properly prepared for a professional setup. Lastly, I had requested that your products that caused so much embarrassment throughout my event be picked up NO LATER THAN 10PM. Your drivers returned at 11:00pm and woke up my *-year old when they called the house numerous times. And again, they had more excuses on why they were one-hour late. They were in my yard breaking down until 1am in the morning. I had to apologize to my neighbors the following day.
