We hired All In One to inspect our homeThe whole process was dissapointingThe inspector refused to answer our questions about his findings during the inspection by repeatedly shrugging his shouldersThis made us feel worried about our inspection and whether it was done properlyWe ended up buying the property and a within a week we noticed structural issues a trained inspector should have caught ontoOur home has failing footers and requires additional secondary supports in the crawl spaceThe foundation is in very bad shape and everyone we have brought in to look at it asks how it passed inspectionThe inspector failed to notice our sump pump has no attached drains, our heat pump was disconnected, and a heat register was not receiving airflow due to a disconnected duct line in the crawl space

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The company only attempted to answer the question abou the broken cap and since we can not prove or deny their picture and the timing of that picture we will let that go. The bigger problem is that the pump froze after the chlorine tablets were put in and cost $1,for a new pump. The company would not take responsibility for this when we called and claimed the pump had a history of problems which it did not. Please note the company did call after this complaint was filed and backtracked on that comment but the work had already been done. They did not offer to pay for any of the cost associated with the new pump. The company did not address this issue in their response only that they followed provided guidelines, they are still at fault for causing the pump to freeze and should be required to reimburse the owner, my mother in law, *** *** for the new pump. This letter back to you is the first time they have attempted to answer our previous complaint that was made to them directly by phone.Regards,*** ***

chlorination procedure, that's provided by *** *** *** ***(see attached)

We hired All In One to inspect our home. The whole process was dissapointing. The inspector refused to answer our questions about his findings during the inspection by repeatedly shrugging his shoulders. This made us feel worried about our inspection and whether it was done properly. We ended up buying the property and a within a week we noticed structural issues a trained inspector should have caught onto. Our home has failing footers and requires additional secondary supports in the crawl space. The foundation is in very bad shape and everyone we have brought in to look at it asks how it passed inspection. The inspector failed to notice our sump pump has no attached drains, our heat pump was disconnected, and a heat register was not receiving airflow due to a disconnected duct line in the crawl space.
