All in One Recycling

We pay All In One Recycling for a service we rarely receiveAs far as I am concerned this is called StealingEven called and left a vm which is all we can ever do(never get a real person on the phone) but actually received a call back this time stating a driver would pick the can up next dayThat was days ago and we still have yet to have anyone from All In One Recycling to pick our can up in 5weeks

We pay All In One Recycling for a service we rarely receive. As far as I am concerned this is called Stealing. Even called and left a vm which is all we can ever do(never get a real person on the phone) but actually received a call back this time stating a driver would pick the can up next day. That was 4 days ago and we still have yet to have anyone from All In One Recycling to pick our can up in 5weeks.

They pick it all up in one unsorted bin which is a positive. But they do not refunds if you cancel or they miss your pickup. The reply to my inquiry about them missing my pickup was that they pushed it back a week. In reply to asking about a credit for the missed week, I was told they do not offer refunds and I can cancel my service if I want. I do not recall receiving a less customer focused reply than to be told that if I am not happy, I can cancel. After I requested to cancel my service, they then immediately charged me for another month of service!

I have been a customer for several years. On Dec 7, 2016 my credit card was charged $150. This was not an unauthorized charge. My account was paid up until January 31st. I have left many phone messages and no one will pick up the phone or call me back. I have emailed many times and a receive vague responses with no name listed. All I want is the company to either credit my credit card or refund my money. It appears over the last year the company is declining at a rapid pace (pick up issues). I would like a refund and cancel my service. I am hoping by addressing this thru the Revdex.com, that action will occur.
