Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I’m [redacted] and am responding to allegations made by contractor Mr [redacted] President of All in ONE RestorationsAnd need to describe in detail all of the contractual agreements that have not been addressed or completed by Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] wants to address an alleged month period he states that work was not done in the house due to my removal of personnel objects but refuses to address the fact that it is now the end of and my house is still not completed after 3and ½ years when the originally contract agreement clearly specified an completion date of monthsThe chimney was repaired in but is still not vented so that the fireplace is unusable!The construction of the Attic door makes it impossible to climb up in the attic with no apparatus or ladder constructed to enter the atticWhich houses the heating and air conditioning ventsI also have been given no paper work as to the names of the products and directions for useSince these have been ln place for months only with a major leak over the ceiling months ago and no way to enter the attic and no directions for use of the air conditioning ventThere are 3exit doors out of the houses I have only key to the front doorIn addition, there is no screen on front door as brick was replaced unevenly and I was informed that an outside rim had to be made in order to place screen which is still not done!Jacuzzi piping is still not replaced or vented which makes Jacuzzi impossible to useClosets in basement and closet on 2nd floor has no weather proofing or studs {area is as if you are outside1}Basement drain sink not attached; 2nd floor drain sink not attached; basement dryer not ventedUnder siding in back of house not finishedFan in family on 1st floor is not properly installed due to when activated is excessively wobbling which is a significant safety hazard which has not been corrected to this dayFaucet in upstairs bathroom constantly leakingThere is no outside faucet in back of the house; there is a light under deck which still has not been repairedOver the past year I have personally gone and purchased and either carried or brought to the house with friends and family tiles; sinks doors screens myself because I had limited to no helpAll in one Restoration, constantly uses the excuse that they can’t perform certain work either due to lack of materials and or equipment thus my reason for going above and beyond to get the materials myself on my own timeMultiple phone calls over the years for help and assistance which have been ignoredOver the years Revdex.com was contacted about year ago and this is when he started Attempting to finish workMy fence on left side of the housewas accidentally knocked down by a large metal canister that he ordered to carry off waste materials; the company agreed to pay me directly to me to replace the pieces of fence; I never received payment and Mr [redacted] has never been willing to give me the name and number of this company to this day I can’t use my sky lights in one of the finished rooms due to not having the proper tools or apparatus that should be used to open the sky lightsI have all my documents signed and including all the above complaints I am requesting that all the above work be completed in the next1month in order not to take this abomination of poor work standards and noncompetition to the next step I think I have been more than patient and understanding I ended up having to rent 3yrs in an apt due to Mr [redacted] I have all my documents signed and including all the above complaints I am requesting that all the above work be completed in the next1month in order not to take this abomination of poor work standards and noncompetition to the next step I think I have been more than patient and understanding I ended up having to rent 3yrs in an apt due to Mr*Regards, [redacted] ***

In May of 2013, All In One Restoration LLC provided *** *** with a contract and a scope of work to rebuild her fire damaged home. Mrs*** failed to sign the contract until September of 2013, months later for reasons of her own. Because she wanted to participate in the interior
demolition and the discarding of her contents, we were delayed in rebuilding another monthsRebuild did not commence until December of 2013. At that time we encountered a few issues with the permitting process i.erequirements that took time to obtain. There were additional delays due to inclement weatherDuring construction there were numerous requests for changes, again slowing down the rebuild processMrs*** made several requests for changes outside the agreed scope of work including, but not limited to, cathedral ceilings, terrace style deck in rear of home, and additional bathrooms. All of this was added by Mrs*** but never accounted for financially. The French Drain she speaks of was never a part of any contract with All In One and something that Mrs*** wantedWe have purchased and paid for all materials that we were responsible for on the project, and then someThere is a separate agreement for additional work approved by Mrs*** which includes flooring in her basement which was to be completed by others following installation of the French Drain, also contracted by othersThe uninsulated walls are located in an unfinished part of her basement and not included in our contract. Water leaking was caused from the condensation drain being knocked out of its position and was quickly remedied, as all issues have been by All In OneIt is agreed that this project has taken an extended amount of time, and this rebuild has encountered many challenges throughout. One of our major issues was that Mrs*** would never accept or hear of any additional charges or costs incurred for things that she would request. All In One has done nothing but accommodate Mrs***These issues are not because of lack of contractor obligationThey are due to non-payment of work that was agreed upon. Also, please be aware that as of today, Mrs*** has been living in her home for over a year. We are willing to work within our contractual obligation perimeters and hope we can find a resolution that will satisfy Mrs***. Thank you and please let us know if you need anything further*** ***

Mr. [redacted] wants to address an alleged 4 month period he states that work was not done in the house due to my removal of personnel objects but refuses to address the fact that it is now the end of 2016 and my house is still not completed after 3and ½ years when the originally contract agreement clearly specified an completion date of 12 months. 1. The chimney was repaired in 2015 but is still not vented so that the fireplace is unusable!2. The construction of the Attic door makes it impossible to climb up in the attic with no apparatus or ladder constructed to enter the attic. Which houses the heating and air conditioning vents.
