A company representative came to my home to give me an estimate. After agreeing on the price, we set up a date for the work to be done. When the day came for the work to be done, nobody showed up at the time agreed upon. I called the company after several hours and the individual that originally gave me the estimate said they couldn't do the job at the agreed upon price... and it would be close to triple the cost.
