Review: My issue is that on their website, this company says nothing of the charges for their help in gaining employment thru them. First they say to bring $20.00 and then they state that your first two pay checks will be garnished half for payment ....if I need a job, how can I afford to pay half of my salary on my INITIAL TWO PAYCHEKS, plus the initial $20.00 that you never see again, and there is no guarantee that they will find a job or slot for you. This I find to be sneaky and mal informed.Desired Settlement: I would be grateful if this company would let the public know what they charge before employment and after employment. It is an honest practice that many companies refuse to accept. They are aware that due to the economy, many people will NOT contact their company if they disclosed this information, but will keep it under the table until they have the client in their offices with their last $20.00 and desperation to work . They are told they will be called as soon as there is an opening in their field. Once employed on a temporary basis, they get hit with a very low initial check and then they are stuck with this company until they have paid the company back for placement. It is disgusting how many companies suffering thru this economy are scavenging the desperately unemployed seeking to thread above water. Shame on them....!!! Shame on our government for not following up on these scavengers!!!

I was going to do business with this company, but the add they posted was not honest. After I left a message for a return call and Interview date, two days afterwards I received a call and was told very quickly to come to their offices with a copy of my resume in the morning and twenty dollars and she will text me the address. When I began to ask what was the money for, she hung up quickly.

I felt I was being brushed off quickly. When I received the text with the address, again she text to bring in twenty dollars. I sent her a text in response with the same question about the money and she never return a response.

The next day, I called the number she originally called and asked to talk to a counselor or supervisor. I stated my questions and that is when he stated that I had pay the initial twenty for the company to TRY TO GET A JOB POSITION FOR ME AND THEN AFTERWARDS HALF OF THE FIRST TWO CHECKS WOULD GO TOWARDS PLACEMENT.

I was misinformed by their add and their initial contact. And the female who originally called spoke no English. It felt as if I would have been taken from my newly aquired job placement, when I am unemployed and have no money to give and then I will come home with less than half of the first two pay checks....I didn't feel right about it. When I told this to the supervisor or someone who just told me he was to calm me down he just hung up on me rudely.

This e-mail is in response to complaint [redacted] filed by [redacted]. [redacted] sent an online form requesting information about our services, once the form was received she was contacted by one of our representatives and explained about our services. It was clearly explained over the phone to [redacted] that incase she decided to seek employment through All in one Services she would need to come and apply in person. That she needed to bring a photo I.D and previous employment references if possible. She was also explained about our charges in advance before coming to apply. Every applicant that decides to come and apply, has to fill out an application with all their information and sign a contract which states he or she is aware of the charges before going to any interviews. All in One services requests for an optional but not required $20.00 deposit at the time the person comes to apply. If the candidate leaves the $20 deposit and does not want to seek employment through All In One Services anymore he or she can come and pick up their deposit anytime. If the candidate finds employment through All in one Services , we charge the applicant a fee equal to one week salary divided in two payments. Each payment is due at the end of the first and second week. If the $20 deposit was left, it is applied to this amount. Therefore no applicant that comes to our office without knowing about our charges. All in One Services is a private employment agency and therefore we are entitled to charge for our services. According to the New York City Department of Consumer affairs, we can charge an applicant that finds employment through All in one Services no more than one week salary. We can also ask for a $20 optional deposit which can be refunded anytime or applied towards the one week salary payment if employment is found. Therefore we always explain all applicants over the phone about our charges, before coming to our office. If they decide to come and apply, they also sign a contract stating they understand and are aware of the charges. All this information was explained to [redacted] over the phone and she was never mal informed or mislead in any way. She never came to apply in person, left any deposit or signed a contract with us.
