Response to complain ID [redacted] To [redacted] The Revdex.com We would like to inform you that customer called us on September to get antivirus protection for her computer and after getting her computer diagnosed she paid $for antivirus protection and for servicing the computerOn the next day on 2nd September we called the customer for the feedback and she said that she haven’t used the computer yet and once she will check it she will send us feedback through emailWe never called the customer after that day and have not received any call or any email from customerIt seems to be that customer again gave her computer access to someone else might be some other company or scammers and they might have taken her personal information and took money from her accountIt is not mentioned in the complaint that what are the phone numbers those people were calling the customer and it is also not mentioned that what name is appearing on her bank statement in which $ transaction has been madeWe have provided a unique toll free number to customer so she can call us in case she need any help, if she can cross check those numbers from where those people are calling then it can be cleared that those numbers are not associated with our company, and she can also check the name appearing on the transaction statement in which $has been taken from her account Being a legitimate company we always keep documents about each transaction so we can provide you the billing receipt of the amount of $which we accept that she paid our company "Allinone Tech USA LLC" for her computer service, we also have the online digital authorization form filled by customer to authorize the transaction of $ Customer can check the name of company appearing on both transactions and we believe that it can’t be the same as we have not made any unauthorized transaction from customer’s accountThere is a difference between our company name and what is mentioned in the complaint There are certain things which can be noted that our company name which appears on billing receipt is "ALLINONE TECH USA LLC" but the name mentioned in the complain is "ALL IN ONE TECHNOLOGY LLC" which is not us, which means that someone might have tried to scam customer, she has also mentioned a name [redacted] who talked to her but we would like to inform you that we do not have any one in our company with that name so there is someone who might have got access to her computer and stole money from her account We will be glad to co-operate with customer in order to resolve any issue with our company, we request her to cross check the records and make sure to contact right people and right company for the desired settlement.Thank and Regards.Allinone Tech USA LLCToll Free ###-###-####

like to inform you that customer called us on 1 September 2015 to get antivirus
protection for her computer and after getting her computer diagnosed she paid
$125 for antivirus protection and...

for servicing the computer. On the next day
on 2nd September we called the customer for the feedback and she
said that she haven’t used the computer yet and once she will check it she will
send us feedback through email. We never called the customer after that day and
have not received any call or any email from customer. It seems to be that
customer again gave her computer access to someone else might be some other
company or scammers and they might have taken her personal information and took
money from her account. It is not mentioned in the complaint that what are the
phone numbers those people were calling the customer and it is also not
mentioned that what name is appearing on her bank statement in which $3400
transaction has been made. We have provided a unique toll free number to
customer so she can call us in case she need any help, if she can cross check
those numbers from where those people are calling then it can be cleared that
those numbers are not associated with our company, and she can also check the
name appearing on the transaction statement in which $3400 has been taken from
her account.
Being a
legitimate company we always keep documents about each transaction so we can
provide you the billing receipt of the amount of $125.00 which we accept that
she paid our company "Allinone Tech
USA LLC" for her computer service, we also have the online digital
authorization form filled by customer to authorize the transaction of $125.00.
Customer can check the name of company appearing on both transactions and  we believe that it can’t be the same as we
have not made any unauthorized transaction from customer’s account. There is a
difference between our company name and what is mentioned in the complaint.
There are

Review: I bought a new laptop and bought a maintence care pack for $223.00 after four weeks my pc would not down load any up dates from micro soft. I had to take it to best buy where I bought it to get it fixed.I called all in one tech to get a refund but they said no! I just did not want them to down load anything els as per best buy. I just do not trust them any more its seem to be a scame and im out over two hundred bucks.then I started getting calls from another online co telling me not to deal with all in one tech support. their address is [redacted] ???something does not seem right about the two service co. [redacted] wants me to let them on my pc to give me a refund. that all I needed to stay away from both of them. they both need checked out.Desired Settlement: I would like at lease half of the 223.00 bucks I wasted.
