All In One Tub & Tile Reglazing

Review: Martin [redacted] was hired to re grout my bathroom. The work was not completely finished. He has been paid in full and he is not willing to return to complete the job. Additionally, he wanted cash payment and uses undocumented persons to do the job. I have left voice mails and text messages and he has not returned any of the messages.

I have text messages and vmails to show history of interaction.

I paid him $600 cash and he is no where to be found.Desired Settlement: I want him to return the full payment so that I can get it done by a more trusted individual.

Review: In February of 2015, [redacted] of All In One Reglazing (allinonereglazing.com) came to my apartment to evaluate a project, the reglazing of the bathtub. We agreed on a time and price, and he asked for a deposit. I gave him a check for $300 which he deposited that week into his business bank account. He did not do the job on the date promised, and he asked to reschedule. This happened three more times, he lied multiple times "I'm looking for parking now" "My man is there to do the job, he is a few blocks away" - total lies, because no one ever came. He became very annoyed and evasive, yelling at me on the phone how busy he is. I asked for my deposit back, and he said he would send it in the mail. I asked to pick it up from him in person, and he got angry and said that $300 is peanuts to him and that I am insulting him by saying I'd rather pick it up. He continued for a few more weeks with the "check will be in the mail tomorrow" story. He took the deposit with no intention of doing the job. I want my $300 back, that is all.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my $300 deposit be returned to me from [redacted].

I was given the name of Martin [redacted] to reglaze a tub. At night, when I looked at the finished tub, it seemed OK and I paid him $300 cash. The next day, in better lighting, I could see that the aqua color of the original glaze was showing through the white reglazing. I called Mr [redacted] and he said that he would redo the job in 2 days. He never showed up and he was rescheduled about 6 times and never came to do the work. He now will not return my calls. I would like my money back so that I can have the work done by someone else.

Review: all in one came to pick up my 105 year old sink to be refinished. gave him a check for $125.00 and he took sink saying it would be done in five days. three weeks later after many calls and texts to the where a bouts of my sink he tells me that it was stolen from his yard and he made a police report [ this was not true ] stringing me along for a week then stop answering my calls and texts. so I texted him that I was filling out a report with police and Revdex.com his response was LOL good luck with that . replacement of sink is $3500 and 450 to refinish not to mention that we have been with out a sink since 7/27 he cashed my check on 7/29 and only one that I can find in the country is in NC 9 hrs awayDesired Settlement: get my $125.00 deposit back and $3950.00 to cover cost of sink

Review: Mr [redacted] and All In One Tub Regrouting & Tublinersnj.com were paid by a West New York landlord to refinish floors. The issue is that they never performed the work. Total damages $1200 plus fees.

Mr [redacted] provided 2 false addresses, and does not return phone calls.Desired Settlement: $1300
