I bought a twin bed on 8/10/and I called on 12/22/to report that one of the bedrails was cracked and needed to be replacedI was able to leave a voice message on the phone as nobody answered the callI called back on 12/26/and was told to call back after 1/3/because the employee who handled that was on vacationOn 1/5/I called back again and was told I would be contacted On 1/9/and again on 1/11/2018, I called and left a voice mail.On 1/11/I contacted the mfg** *** ** ***7and was told that I would be contacted soonOn 1/12/2018, I spoke with *** **om ***r , who then tried the business but called me back and said that the voice mail box was full.I then gave her a second number and she called me on 1/12/to tell me she had left a message.On 1/18/and again on 1/19/I sent *** an e mail but have heard nothing

Great people and beautiful furniture at reasonable prices

we purchased a bunk bed at the end of June, we were in the process of moving into a new house also, so did not even get a chance to look at the bed, on July I was admitted to hospital in Akron with a brain tumor I did not even get to move into our new home until 7/25/18, this is when we tried to put the bed together, however pieces were broke in box, we called they reorder and again came in brokenit is now 9/14/and still can't get bed together and they are blaming it on us I told them to come and get it with a full refund Dorseys did come out two weeks ago and said we need more parts well today they brought the parts and are now saying we broke it and handed us a check for and said they were done with us we want a full refund on the bed and they can have the parts to the bed back

About a month ago I bought a queen sized bed from this store The bed is fine and I have no issue with its quality The delivery people, however, did damage to the dry wall in my apartment trying to get the box springs up the stairs They finally had to change my order to include box springs in two pieces (incidentally, for an additional cost, but I also had no issue with that, either) The area of damage to the drywall is about x 1/feet I have talked to the owner, ***, numerous times about this and we set up times for his dry wall guy to come to repair the hole He has never showed up or called It is obvious to me that he no intention of repairing the hole his employees caused so I suppose I will have to pay someone else to fix it I am on social security and this will be a hardship for me I have heard of other people having bad experiences with this store I have faith that you will investigate this store and hope you will include my complaint on your website Tha

I took my vehicle for repairs and it was in the shop for a total of months they keep telling me the next day the next day the next day then finally I come to pick it up and I take it home and the vehicle is not repaired it still has a vibration when you coming to a stopI called the shop and advise them of the problem they said that they were going to come over and pick it up they never came so I brought it back to the shop
