I am rejecting this response because: I responded to the email and I said: the technician is a liarthe lights on the hot tub do not work at alli should not have to come in to their officethey made me pay for the service up front and I did not have the opportunity to refute the charges till long after they were gonethey should have to come to my house and repair the lights and fix the hot tub that has been paid to themi am totally disappointed in the service and quality of workmanship from amazon backyardi should get a full refund

Soon after receiving this complain,we sent the following email to Mr. Neal:Dear Mr. Neal: I was just made aware of a complaint regarding the service we recently performed on your Jacuzzi hot tub. We regret that you decided to lodge a complaint with the Revdex.com before contacting us and...

giving us an opportunity to address your grievances.After reviewing the service records in your file, talking to the technician involved in the service, and discussing the matter with my Service Manager, I am confident that the waterfall light and DCU we replaced on your Jacuzzi hot tub were defective. It is our company policy to leave any parts we remove from the hot tub with the customer. The defective waterfall light and the DCU we removed from your hot tub were left with you. Before our technician and service manager left your home, they demonstrated to you that the new waterfall light we just installed was working properly, and you paid them without indicating any dissatisfaction with the work completed. If you have any doubt that the parts we replaced were defective, please bring them to us and we will be glad to send them, at our expense, to the Jacuzzi lab in California and have them tested. We will be glad to refund you for any part that the Jacuzzi lab determines was not defective.Furthermore, we would like to invite you to come to our store to discuss any and all matters related to the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com.
