We did not receive a message or call from *** *** until Aug 22, at which time we were at the airport waiting to leave as the weather showed raining in Santa Fe and continued for several days again I will state we cannot and would not apply roofing material to a wet roofYou can see the detail of the text messages from *** ***. Tell us whyWe contracted AIAI to remodel our house located on Truman St, north east, Albuquerque NMContractor fail to complete remodel on time, Paint and other finishes installation below standard, contractor agree to fix the problems but the people that try to fix problems do not know how the
work is done, Unsafe installation of water heater replenishmentElectrical switches not working properly 1) there was not a set time on any of the paper work.2) we hired sub contractors to come in and all requested, at that point and time nothing we did was going to satisfy this client3) the water heater is fine had a HVAC person come in and verify4) the electrical switches to fans and lights were purchased by client they are on a delay this is how these type of switches operate. We have out of pocket $9,to correct the issues again nothing we did was to their standards for this we apologies. We lost approximately $57,in other work trying to please client aside from depleting any and/or all money. We have had to close our business as we no longer have any operating capitol.
