*** ** ***Owner/Qualified ManagerAll-Inclusive Investigative Services*** *** ***
*** *** *** I'm appalled but not surprise that the office manager *** *** of the Legal Services of Northern California, Redding Office filed a complaint with the RevDex.comFrom the first contact with ***, I sense by her negativity on the phone that she was taking this matter personalOne indicator is when the case in mentioned was dismissed by the Plaintiff/Petitioner on December 2017, three days later*** filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. On January 2018, the same day that the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com, *** sent me an email “ We believe that since you were late on filing the document, which could have costs our client their case, we should not have to pay this invoice.” Responding to her email I sent the following email to *** “I believe the Revdex.com would like to hear your weak responseThe work was completed and your client was not harmed.” The Respondent/Defendant was served by the Petitioner/Plaintiff non-registered California Process Server on December at 5:pmThe form the Petitioner/Plaintiff Process Sever used was the wrong proof of service formThe Respondent/Defendant was served with Unlawful Detainer/EvictionThe form (POS-20) used and filed in court clearly states when serving a Summons and Complaint proof of service (POS-20) form is not the proper formThe correct form would have been POS-10. The Respondent/Defendant had calendar days after the summons and complaint were served on her to file Unlawful Detainer ResponseThe Petitioner/Plaintiff in this case could have filed a default on the Respondent/Defendant on December at 8:amInstead I filed the Unlawful Detainer Response with the courts on December at 8:amThe case was dismissed by the Petitioner/Plaintiff on December 2017. Sincerely *** ** ***Registered California Process Server
