I would like to file a complaint against the above company. My boyfriend and I have been given the run around about our rental application for the past couple weeks. We don't appreciate the lack of communication that's going on. We spent our money for the application fee and now we are just stuck waiting with no answers.

I rented from this company for over a year and when I moved the place looked better than it did when I moved in. I was in the military and I know how to clean. Unfortunately I trusted them and just dropped off my key without doing a walkthrough. Not only did I not get my deposit back, They were charging me for $1,800 made-up *** that I owed them. There is no Integrity with ***/All inclusive Realty. They lied. An example would be they charged me for a new air filter but I just put a new one in and my air conditioning did not work all summer long and they never would fix it, so I'm sure the filter was clean because never got used. The only thing that I owed them for was a window that had gotten broke. Funny that wasn't even on their detailed explanation of what I owe them they didn't even have the window on it they just had all the *** they made up. I want to reiterate that when I leave a place I leave it in mint condition the landlord after *** gave me my full thousand dollars back in 3 days . Obviously this is a company driven by greed to the extent that they would lie and harm other people's lives. If you must rent from them protect yourself mark down every little thing when you do your walkthrough take pictures and make sure you do a walk-through when you move out. Do not trust *** Two thumbs down!
