To the Revdex.com yes we did do this job But the home owner was at fault to schedule the job due to the water district had to be called and arranged to turn off water at the meter once this was done we scheduled the jobWe did replace the pressure regulator and the turn off valve in at the time there was no leaksIf there became a leak we would warrantee the call at no cost to the homeowner all she had to do would be give give us a call we would come out and look at it and fix it at the time we were there if it was leaking this was never done by home owner We warrantee or work for one year and a day if any problem occurred she could've called us and again we would go out she decided she did not want us back supposedly and didn't call and supposedly she hired another plumber which we have not seen any information on this but again we would not pay another plumber we would warrantee our work our self If you need any other correspondence please don't hesitate to call me at ###-###-#### [redacted] the owner

I am rejecting this response because: They only sent out one person that did not do anything and said they were going to come back the next day, and never showed up, or called us. We called All intercity to let them know we did not want the same Tech because he was not dependable, as we asked for a different tech, they said, they could only send out the same person. I don't understand why they just can not send out a different Tech to do the work. I also, called Fidelity to complain the problems I was having just to get someone else out...and Fidelity called they and they also told them that their policy was the person that did the estimate is the only one that can come backIf they can send out a different tech the we feel comfortable with then we will accept that

Well nice no plumbers name invoice this is a joke we have pic of ball valve installed if home owner has problem we Guarantee our work we would send a plumber back out at no cost to the homeowner if there is a problem this is the last documentation that I will send you homeowner can call my office and I'll have another tech go out and look at the work that's all it needs to be done to see who is lying

have a viable complaint you should've done it before hand and the home warranty which we work for him would have giving you options To cash you out which we gave you that option in the beginning also we contacted the homeowner to put in the spacers and if you deny just to come back and put that in don't know exactly what your problem is if we're willing to go back and do any work that needs to be necessarily done we will do that under our contract

American home shield sent my company out to look at unit .upon arrival found unit in garage .I informed his wife that American home
shield does not cover softer systems and it was over ten years old and membran was completed .I then called Ahs and informed them ov my findings for coverage they denied the claim I'm there eyes and ears it is not my decision for coverage if he has questions regarding his policy he obviously contacted American home Shield and if they sent out a second opinion If it was covered they would send it back to me therefore I have no record at this time of sending it back to my office for coverage at this time I stand by my diagnosis

I did contact American Home Shield insurance and filed a complaint against Mr *** for lack of serviceAccording to Yelp reviews I am not the only one that has had issues with All-Inter City plumbingAHS did send out a second repairman, Rite Away Plumbing and this repairman did recognize my unit as a water softener, which is covered by AHS, and not a water filtration system as reported by Mr ***The by-pass manifold valves were defective causing the leaking to the drain and not the "Membrane" as guessed by Mr ***It still amazes me how he could diagnose the problem without running any diagnostic tests or lifting a toolAHS has accepted the diagnoses from Rite Away plumbing, has verified my coverage, and is replacing my water softener on 8/5/Mr *** says that if the softener was defective AHS would have contacted him to do the repairsDue to all of the complaints AHS has received against All InterCity Plumbing, I'm not surprised Mr *** was not contactedInstead Mr *** collects the deposit policy holders are required to pay and gives minimal if not sub par service and claims due to his "extensive experience" he can diagnose problems without investigatingI informed AHS that I would not pay another $deposit to Rite Away when they came out for the second opinion and the technician didn't ask for oneHe performed an extensive diagnostic test and determined the manifold was defectiveHe advised he would complete a report and submit to AHS for reviewToday I was notified by AHS that Rite away would be out on 8/5/to replace my entire water softener unitSeems Mr *** is incorrect when he states AHS would have him do the repairIf you need further evidence of Mr ***'s business practices, just read the numerous reviews on YelpI'm not the only one

Little mad are we .lets see how right away puts in new system think not only thing they would replace would be manifold and again yelp is a joke seems only people that use it are people that are mad cause the don't know how to read there policy if this is even true and since they determined it was manifold system why would they replace the hole unit .makes you think Unit is past its life span year system .next AHS would make me put it in if it needed to be replace and since I know the owner of rite away plumbing he would call me

We have tried to send numerous plumbers out to her location to do the work she has refused our services we contacted Fidelity National Financial company and explain our situation and is willing to go back out to do the work Fidelity offered them a cash out in Lou of doing the work I don't
quite understand what her complaint is when she doesn't want us to come out to do the work The money she paid was for her deductible and if she has a problem Fidelity has offered her to do the work our company has also tried to do the work this is a problem that needs to be resolved with her either for us to do the work or have the fidelity send another company out to do the work

To whom it may concern Mrs*** did not pay intercityplumbing the trade fee it would be given to Fidelity National Financial on warranty if she has a problem she needs to call them I was told the Fidelity transfer the call to another plumbing company to do her work if you have a problem please contact me at ###-###-#### thank you
