I am rejecting this response because:I was forced to pay for my vehicle in full before I could take it, per Mark S***, Head of ServiceI had my car days and I ended up sitting in the middle of the road with the same problemThe check engine light came on and the car was misfiringi called Kovatch *** and told them about the problemThey agreed to pick the car up and check itThey replaced coil # and said the car is fixedThey said it was a "good will" fix and did not charge me.Last night, days after picking up my car, the check engine light came on and the car was misfiring againI called Kovatch *** today, 04/15/16, and let them know the car was having the same issueMy son took my keys to Kovatch *** and told me that Mark S*** was ignorant and nastyThis man has been like this from day My complaints to anyone higher up or just in general go unansweredI was told the owner, John, would call meHe never didI have been hung up on and transferred aroundI stopped calling since I got nowhere.The 1st bill I received charged me $to remove the intake manifoldI was not quoted for this part to be removedI agreed to have a wiring harness replacedI was charged $which was to overlay wires insteadThe 2nd bill for the same work was higherBoth bills are different in regards to work that was doneHead of Service tells me one thing, the mechanic tells me different then head of service agrees and changes his storyCalling *** Motor Company to file complaints get me an answer of take the car back to Kovatch *** to fixHow many times do I have to let Mark S*** call me and my son stupid and lie to us saying the car is fixed to find myself stuck on the side of the road with the same problem? What will it take to have Mark S***'s supervisor contact me and hear my complaint without cutting me off to tell me to pay my bill? I can't get anywhere with this company or this head of serviceI'm out a lot of money and my car still leaves me on the side of the road. I paid for brand new parts and asked Kovatch *** to finish the fixI want my car fixed and restored to working condition at no additional charge to me since I already paid for the parts I installed and I also paid Kovatch *** to finish the workTwice they told me my car was fixedIt is not and I lose money when I can't get to work or have to pay someone for a rideI should be reimbursed for the inconvenience this has caused meNext time I have a car that does not work I'll go somewhere elseIt's just not worth the time, effort or badgering received from someone who should be helpful to their customers.
