Review: I hired this company to clean / tune up my oil burner. He was in and out in 18 minutes and charged me $165.00. The nozzle and oil filter was changed but the boiler was not cleaned. It is impossible to clean a boiler and tune it up in 18 minutes. I feel RIPPED OFF. It is not right. I work hard for my money.Desired Settlement: I have to hire another company to clean my boiler. I feel $100.00 refund is appropriate.

please be advised, that [redacted] got the same cleaning last year too, and paid with no problems and it was one of the coldest winters on record and he had no complaints . As far as 18 minutes there was two of us one vacuums and I tune the burner so he gets a more detailed job and just for the record if it take two professional technician's more time than 18 minute some thing is wrong .I been tuning oilburners for 39 years never had any complaints, I feel that the real problem is more monetary and he should have said something I would have discuss it with him. I usually obelized my customers just to make them happy
